Great location near streets of flavour, clean room with wonderful smiles from staffs. Really enjoyed our stays

I stay at park royal parramatta once a year after easter holiday. This is my 4th time staying at park royal. I always enjoy my stay. Very comfortable and relaxing bed and pillows. Room is clean and big enough for me and my husband. Club lounge is always good with nice finger food and wines. I am definitely going to stay again next year.

Enjoyed our one night stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the condition of the room was clean and comfy beds.

We stayed here with family and honestly, I would rather book a cheaper motel next time. Negatives: Lift wait times: Waiting for lifts took around 15 minutes. With a 3-year-old and a 7-year-old, it was easier (though exhausting) to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Parking: Very congested parking bays. Getting out is tricky, especially with a bigger car. One small mistake and you risk scratches. Staff attitude: Felt rude and unwelcoming. No warm greeting, no “thank you” at checkout. Even motels and premium hotels manage this basic courtesy. Room amenities: No microwave or toaster. When asked, they gave excuses about “fire risk.” Personally, and I may be wrong, but I think it’s just to push guests toward their restaurant. If the restaurant on the first floor isn’t a risk, then why are basic appliances? Overall atmosphere: Didn’t feel guest-friendly. Positives: Good location. Cleaning staff were polite. Rooms were clean — but that’s the minimum expectation for the price. Overall: Not worth the price. The service and amenities don’t match the cost or the Park Royal brand name.

Great location

Welcoming staff on the front desk and in the bar. Quiet room on the 2nd floor with comfortable king size bed, very nice interior decor but not much of a view other than a building site. Excellent location - just a short stroll to Parramatta’s lively eat street. Parking available onsite for a reasonable fee. Lift was a bit slow sometimes, but that is probably a reflection of the hotel’s popularity. Would definitely stay here again

Great spot to stay for a weekend away exploring Parramatta and surrounding areas. Easy access to ferry service into circular key and return train trip.

Fresh linen comfort bed, showers were large and assessable the staff friendly and professional

Staff were very efficient and helpful on checkin. Room very clean and the bed was lovely and soft. My only qualm was the turn exiting the underground car park. Very tight turn with our medium SUV. Apart from that great location with friendly staff and loads of restaurants very close by.

Very impressed from the moment we checked in. Our room was lovely. The bed was huge and that was in a standard room. Bathroom very clean. Had a proper hairdryer but could do with bigger bath towels being the establishment was so well appointed. Room felt brand new
