Very good stay - close to tram station, supermarkets and restaurants.

Great location as we were going to concert

The bar and kitchen staff were accommodating for food in the later evening. Very understanding.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Das Zimmer war okay und ausreichend groß. Das Bad war etwas klein. Frühstück war gut. Der Service war top. Ich habe mein Zimmer deutlich vor der Checkin Zeit bekommen. Für kurze Aufenthalte kann ich es empfehlen.

Paid for room with queen bed & got a double bed :-( Room wasnt ready at 3pm. Waited in foyer till 3.20pm for phone call from Reception to say it was ready. Never received the call. Had to go back to Reception & ask re room. All I got was "oh it's ready now" :-(

Smooth checking park easy just next door, literally. On track forecast access to tram root 70 to Rod Laver Arena. A bit small. But small and expensive. However ticks the boxes of convince. Pretty much what your paying for. Location.

We stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon. All the staff were very kind, and the cleaning quality and the process of borrowing amenities were smooth and helpful. We had a wonderful time. I have just one request: for the soba noodles at breakfast, I would prefer the dipping sauce to be the traditional brown soy-based sauce. I think it would make it taste more like authentic Japanese soba. If possible, I’d really appreciate it.

Very good

Our stay was fine, nothing special. Wouldn't say staff were particularly friendly or welcoming. The room was fine, clean and had all the basics. Bed was very soft and bouncy which woke me every time my husband rolled over. Gym was just a couple of machines and smelt like mouldy room. Buffet breakfast was very average but from what we ate seemed fresh. Parking next door was easy, but cheaper to pay there than the hotel (hotel wanted to charge us $60 to pay through them, we only paid $4 paying directly). As a VIP we were suppose to get a bottle of wine, which we didn't receive (at other hotels we've never had to ask for our bonuses) Would only consider staying there again because it was clean and the location was fantastic for where we needed to go.

Perfect location for ease to walk to South Bank.

Stayed a few times here, it seems to get a little more tired each time. Told to use the lift near the bar and then told we cant because of a reception. Breakfast was just average, hard to find a clean table, no bread, hard to get a cup of tea!

Three day trip to Melbourne

While the hotel is located in a very convenient location the stay was not the best. Firstly one of the 2 elevators would not recognise the key card not matter how many times we had it re-initialised. This meant having to wangle a way for the only elevator it did work on when wanting to go to the floor we were on. It was highly frustrating. We ran out of tissues and asked the front desk to arrange for another box. It never came. The room itself was not ready with 2 separate beds and had to be reconfigured. The view was lovely from the corner room and the small table and chairs also lovely. Be warned: there were no drawers to put clothes away, only hanging space so had to live out of our bags.

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, making it easy to get around. The rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable. The bar staff were especially friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back
