키가 잘 동작하지 않고, 쉬는 도중 직원의 실수로 다른 사람이 방문을 열고 들어왔으

Good location

i reserved this place because it said late checkout was included in the hotel rate but when i arrived, the reception said late checkout was not avilable when i checked in onsite. the room is small. carpet. breakfast is also soso. overall, i think there are better options around - i wouldn't comeback. i didn't get the complimentary wine for expedia vip.

Very good

Our stay was fine, nothing special. Wouldn't say staff were particularly friendly or welcoming. The room was fine, clean and had all the basics. Bed was very soft and bouncy which woke me every time my husband rolled over. Gym was just a couple of machines and smelt like mouldy room. Buffet breakfast was very average but from what we ate seemed fresh. Parking next door was easy, but cheaper to pay there than the hotel (hotel wanted to charge us $60 to pay through them, we only paid $4 paying directly). As a VIP we were suppose to get a bottle of wine, which we didn't receive (at other hotels we've never had to ask for our bonuses) Would only consider staying there again because it was clean and the location was fantastic for where we needed to go.

Perfect location for ease to walk to South Bank.

Stayed a few times here, it seems to get a little more tired each time. Told to use the lift near the bar and then told we cant because of a reception. Breakfast was just average, hard to find a clean table, no bread, hard to get a cup of tea!

Three day trip to Melbourne

While the hotel is located in a very convenient location the stay was not the best. Firstly one of the 2 elevators would not recognise the key card not matter how many times we had it re-initialised. This meant having to wangle a way for the only elevator it did work on when wanting to go to the floor we were on. It was highly frustrating. We ran out of tissues and asked the front desk to arrange for another box. It never came. The room itself was not ready with 2 separate beds and had to be reconfigured. The view was lovely from the corner room and the small table and chairs also lovely. Be warned: there were no drawers to put clothes away, only hanging space so had to live out of our bags.

The bar staff were especially friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back

Have stayed here a couple of times - love the location as it is so convenient for everything and the buffet breakfast is a great way to fuel a day of exploration

The Rendezvous Melbourne is an Edwardian heritage hotel opposite Finders St train station. We enjoyed a suite which was a similar price to a double room in other local 4 star (chain) hotels, so very good value and spacious accommodation. The staff were brilliant and the bar area is particularly classy and enjoyable. The restaurant is below ground with little natural light and is not appealing. The area directly outside the hotel suffers from being adjacent to a large train station, so dirty and urban feeling. We enjoyed our stay overall.
