Rooms are spacious, clean and comfort. Excellent to have car park on site and there is option to pick at Hotels.com Interior Decoration is a bit old-fashioned. Balcony can hardly be used as there is no shelter and only 2nd floor rooms having balcony but facing the backyard of other buildings at the rear of the hotel. Better not to pick this option!!!

A comfortable hotel with good location. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended

住了4晚，房間廁所衛生差，冷氣槽佈滿灰塵，洗手盆不去水，廁所板鬆脫，沐浴露只得空樽一個，沐浴間一路沖涼一路水浸腳，很嘔心，前枱職員對中國人態度差，但對西方人會笑容滿面，房價貴，不值收取這個價錢

Very close to the Central Station and you can buy daiy necessities easily nearby.

Efficient staff, prompt check-in. Excellent location

The whole experience was fantastic but it all started with the outstanding desk staff that did our check in who happened to be the same person that checked us out. Room was not ready when we first arrived, and the staff were very remorseful but quite informative as to why the room was not They gave us free drink vouchers to help overcome any grief The room and the condition of the hotel was really pleasant and the bed and overall comfort was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family

Appreciated being checked in on the same floor as the pool. Would ask for that in future

The Good: Helpful & friendly staff, perfect location in the CBD - close to Central station & walking distances to shops, restaurants/cafes & groceries. Amenities are decent - gym & Pool are handy. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food types. The Bad: Cleaning/service staff. Our room was acceptable on check in - but the days after showed quick decline of how the room was being "cleaned" The room was never vacuumed, our coffee cups were never replaced/cleaned (so we only had coffee once), toilet paper was never refilled once (upon check out, we were up to the last roll with a single use left) Our young toddler also threw up during one of the nights, we managed to get him into the shower - and cleaned up the mess as much as we could. (this was around 3pm and our room still hadn't been cleaned that day) We called the front desk to notify the incident and that the room may require extra attention during the service. Later, we met the cleaner and explained the situation - to which they just replaced our towels and left. And their version of cleaning our bathroom was using our old towels and wiping down the walls. Very disgusting. No disinfectant sprays etc. We felt like we were living in a bacteria filled room. No wonder our baby vomited!!

More the AUS$1000 for 2 night just too much for this hotel. Plus extra for parking. Such a high price per night for a hotel room in that area. Free drink for visit had good intention but bar was chock-a-block full with crowded booked even meant it not possible to take the drink. A nice relaxing lounge is required for a welcome drink. Not a standing room only bar full of rowdy partying patrons. Good intentions gone wrong.

Clean room, great staff and excellent location. I would definitely stay here again.

Venligt personale, nogenlunde varieret morgenmads buffet, god seng. Dog var rengøringen mangelfuld, sengebordet var ikke støvet af, det var lidt tilfældigt hvilke håndklæder der blev skiftet, og tre dage kom rengøringen slet ikke.

Completely disappointed in my stay the Aircon did not work in my room. 202 mini bar wasn’t restocked and had opened drinks and chips that I have been charged for. No bathroom necessities were restocked shampoo conditioner and body wash was told the pool temperature was 26° but felt like 19 when u got in so how is that a heated indoor pool?

We received a free room upgrade on arrival, parking was convenient although the clearance was only 2.0m not the 2.1 staff had said over the phone prior to arrival, I'm glad I took our smaller car. The breakfast was pretty comprehensive, something for everyone. Overall we had a great stay

Good quality rooms. Bar closed at 9.30 but reception staff advised an alternative 1 block away.
