Great stay. The staff were so polite and helpful. The amenities were very nice: pool, spa, gym, etc. Breakfast was amazing. We all enjoyed the stay.

10 points for this accommodation because it is close to the central train station, the accommodation is clean, the rooms are cozy and tidy, the hotel lobby smells very pleasant and relaxing when you step in from the outside. The receptionist is very nice and handles my check in/out very quickly as well as the restaurant staff is very friendly when I asked to borrow 2 plates to bring to the room to store fruit. I am very satisfied and will definitely save and come back to this place next time I come to Sydney.

I got my room on 11 AM without any early check in charge. The room was great, spacious. Walking to Central station is around 3 minutes or less sometimes. Everything was perfect.

Staff were amazing from the moment we arrived, always greeted with a smile. We stayed 9 nights and would definitely stay again. Breakfast in the mornings was such a good start to the day, so much to choose from even gf section. The staff at breakfast were so friendly and worked so hard to keep everything well stocked. The restaurant onsite for lunch or dinner was a bonus too. The meals we had from there were also delicious. Location is perfect right by the train/tram station. Thank you for a wonderful stay ⭐️

Great location, nice buffet breakfast, friendly staff. It was nice to be able to go to sauna and have a swim and relax in the hot tub. But if you ever plan on renovating the sauna, please consult anyone from Finland beforehand!

Advised staff of a cockroach climbing on my toothbrush in the morning of my departure, only to be told, “we could have gotten you a new tooth brush”. Not an appropriate response especially with photo proof. I’m not one to write reviews or “ask for a manger” in general, but that snapped me. Otherwise the place comes off as clean, tidy. Pretty disappointed in the response. If I had more time before my flight I would have made sure to talk to the right person, obviously the two ladies at the desk were unfazed by a cockroach in a guests room. Pretty disappointing for almost $200 a night all in.

The elevators are the slowest I have ever seen and no obvious staircase you use, at peak times the elevators were full and no easy alternative to take stairs.

Stayed at the Rydges because it was close to the train station. Wanted to take the train to the airport but the train were under maintenance on the weekend. We had to take uber the next day. Check in was easy, I was able to get an early check in. The staff didn’t confirm if I had breakfast included and didn’t provide wi-fi access at time of check-in. I had to ask later. The elevators were slow.
