10 points for this accommodation because it is close to the central train station, the accommodation is clean, the rooms are cozy and tidy, the hotel lobby smells very pleasant and relaxing when you step in from the outside. The receptionist is very nice and handles my check in/out very quickly as well as the restaurant staff is very friendly when I asked to borrow 2 plates to bring to the room to store fruit. I am very satisfied and will definitely save and come back to this place next time I come to Sydney.

I got my room on 11 AM without any early check in charge. The room was great, spacious. Walking to Central station is around 3 minutes or less sometimes. Everything was perfect.

Very amazing hotel, we are really appreciated our stay in this hotel. The staff was very kind. The bedding is comfortable, very clean, and always well-made. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. It was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend it. Azul fellawen.

The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. the room we were in was directly underneath the gym where we were woken up by people using the gym dropping the weights and the noise from this.

The entire thing was poor. Check in was delayed. Sauna not working. Terrace not open. Buffet breakfast was not nice. Check in so slow that two other staff checked in 3 guests whilst I was being checked in.

Wonderful stay! Incredibly convenient city location, less than 5 mins from Central station with a Woolies and 7-11 on the neighbouring corners. Friendly, helpful and accessible staff. Very spacious, clean and nicely furnished room, I could even connect the chrome cast from my phone to the TV which was great during downtime. Delicious buffet breakfast and even its own little boutique cinema with daily screenings for kids & grown ups! This will definitely be my go-to city hotel from now on!
