10 points for this accommodation because it is close to the central train station, the accommodation is clean, the rooms are cozy and tidy, the hotel lobby smells very pleasant and relaxing when you step in from the outside. The receptionist is very nice and handles my check in/out very quickly as well as the restaurant staff is very friendly when I asked to borrow 2 plates to bring to the room to store fruit. I am very satisfied and will definitely save and come back to this place next time I come to Sydney.

I got my room on 11 AM without any early check in charge. The room was great, spacious. Walking to Central station is around 3 minutes or less sometimes. Everything was perfect.

Stayed at the Rydges because it was close to the train station. Wanted to take the train to the airport but the train were under maintenance on the weekend. We had to take uber the next day. Check in was easy, I was able to get an early check in. The staff didn’t confirm if I had breakfast included and didn’t provide wi-fi access at time of check-in. I had to ask later. The elevators were slow.

Pool and Sauna should be accessible until 11pm or later, only had 1 towel in my room, when asked for someone to drop it off, was told I can just pick it up from reception, had a card to Greg on my bed, my name is not Greg, so not sure if the room was even cleaned before my arrival as it was not the day after and only cleaned 2/3 nights. Still would stay again, staff were pleasant and you have a brewery and a sauna, which is more than I expected and made me stay in the hotel longer than I would have otherwise.

The staff were lovely, particular at check in and check out. Also, we need some maintenance, and the maintenance person was marvellous. The size of the room and bathroom were good, and the facilities such as the desk and chair were very useful, as was the two-seater lounge. I'm not keen on the lights over the bed, and prefer side table lights, but understand they are probably easier to care for. The cleaners forgot to replace a couple of items, but this was minor. The bed wasn't that well made, but also this was easily rectified. Possibly they just need a reminder.

Staff were beautiful, excellent parking facilities. Great location. Have loved staying here a few times now. The room was tidy but the bathroom smelled of urine unfortunately. It seemed to be coming from the drain? Very strong odour, worse at night.

The hotel reception was clean and tide with all staff helpfull,. Tha room was a very good size and could have been very comfortable, but the cleaning let the room down badly. The bathroom floor only cleaned in main floor area, around vanity and walls and toilet have not been cleaned for ages. Booked late after a last minute change of work plans, and found this within budget. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Room on 6th Floor (an upgrade) was great. Spacious, well appointed, comfortable bed and - the standout - very nice effective black blinds. Slept perfectly. Gym was good, but busier than other cdb hotels I use regularly. Pool nice, sauna was out of order. Got a couple of drinks vouchers through hotels.com Silver status and was able to use the m in the Brewery next door. Massive bonus, that. Good atmosphere, better than a regular hotel bar. Great grilled fish too. Will stay again when available.
