地方不錯，坐電車或巴士一兩個站就可以到市中心，在這酒店還有很美麗的景色，服務員人很好。

This is my first time staying in Vienna. The hotel was good and comfortable. My room was in 9F and I could see the river from the window. It was really good and romtatic. However, the toilet was not perfect clean, I saw some dirty in the there and I used the toilet brush to clean it to avoid my wife getting crazy. And the location was not easy to find for me. I was using google map to find the hotel, and google map guide me to entrance a underground which will lost your GPS signal. Therefore, I took some time to find the hotel. I suggest you search DC tower instead of hotel in your GPS. And the fee of parking lot was really expensive, it takes 30 Europe per day. I was thinking about parking on the road side for free. But I couldn’t find a closed parking space. And I was in bad luck, I lost my ticket. I spent 60 Europe for ticket lost.

酒店很棒，位置好 安静 景色好 楼下就可以看到多瑙河 行政曾下午茶不错，可以180度看景，早餐也不错，就是住了四天，每天早餐一样，要是每天稍微有点更新就更好了

交通方便,房間乾淨,wifi不太穩定,購買vienna city card for 48hr時被告知賣完了,只能去其他飯店買,相當不方便.Executive Level的view相當漂亮,有點心及酒可以用,但缺少變化.早餐建議在餐廳吃,選擇比較多.

这里到史蒂芬大教堂只有6站地铁，约15分钟，早餐提供粥、汤、米粉，适合中国人的胃，西瓜也是原汁原味。如果入住the level 楼层，那club room 的景色会让你动容。

從大廳房間餐廳的空間都十分寬敞，令人感到舒適，裝潢風格時尚簡約 離地鐵站很近，到市區或其他景點還算方便 飯店附近無超市或餐廳，如果不打算在飯店內享用餐點或酒吧 建議在外面活動時先行採買或吃飯

Service war unterschiedlich und sehr von der jeweiligen Person abhängig. Preis-/Leistung stimmt darum nicht (zu teuer). Und die Badewanne ohne Brause ist vergeudeter Platz im Zero-Privacy-Badezimmer: Wer baut das Fenster in den Raum genau vor das WC???

Be very weary of booking this property. They have a lot of rigid booking policies that work in their favour. If you make a mistake or need to change your booking it is impossible to change without loosing all your money. I made an error on the dates we were coming and the only way to change dates was to cancel the booking (and loose 90% of our money) and make a completely new booking. They only allow booking changes 7 days prior to arrival. We phoned/messaged/emailed within ten minutes of booking the room online and they would do nothing to help us. We spent 4 days going back and forth trying to find a solution...they were very inflexible and their policies just felt like a big money scam. We wanted to keep our booking for two nights just changed the check in by one day. We lost $400 and they would do nothing to help. Just kept referencing their policies. They lack humanity and compassion. Think twice before booking this place!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Worst experience at this melia vienna hotel. Staff were very rude. Our room phone was not working, so difficult to call reception room service. It wasn't fixed until the day before we left. We were staying for 5 nights.

Es war win wunderschöner, kurzer Aufenthalt.

Reception desk was not friendly to check in even 15 mins early.
