+ : Excelente estancia. Personal amable, especialmente el conserje. Las habitaciones eran bonitas y estaban limpias, tenían closet, caja fuerte, bar y cafetera. Me encantó el desayuno buffet incluido y utilizar la piscina y el sauna. Nos sentimos en un hotel lujoso pero accesible. - : A veces la habitación olía a cigarro y el restaurante también. Lamentablemente, no creo que el personal del hotel pueda hacer mucho respecto a esto, me parece que se debe a que las personas no respetan y fuman dentro de las habitaciones y el olor se dispersa por la ventilación interna.

Das Zimmer war gut hier gab es nichts zu bemängeln Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich, auch ist nichts zu bemängeln, das Frühstück war soweit gut, etwas Abwechslung, also immer mal ein Highlight pro Tag, ansonsten, war es gut.

Beautiful little hotel south of Sofia center. 12mins from the airport. Nice rooms and good Spa/Pool area.

Although the hotel is a little bit outside the city center, getting around was never an issue—taxis are easy to book through local apps and arrive quickly. The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable place to unwind after exploring Sofia. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a quiet, stylish stay with reliable service and easy access to transportation. Highly recommended.

Harikaydi, spa ve havuz gercekten guzel, otel oldukca iyi dekore edilmis ve temizdi. Oldukca konforlu bir otel. Tek onerim mutfak daha iyi olabilir. Cok keyifli bir seyahat oldu..

Lovely stay with a friend. Great facilities. We are at the restaurant and it was good so would recommend. Hotel is a 15 min walk to the tram line and major shops. Spa area was nice,although the pool was cold and steam room mediocre. Would recommend

Everything was great

This is not a 5 star hotel. On arrival the accessibility room was accessed via a dark corridor with no lighting. Which in itself was a trip hazard. Access to the patio and outside area was unusable due to the high door sill. The patio itself was overgrown with foliage and disgarded cigarettes. The coffee table, marble top was not secured and nearly fell and had it done so,it would have easily broken a bone. The towel and room wasn't cleaned daily. Under the bed was filthy and clearly hadnt been cleaned for months. The rug was dirty and a trip hazard. The grab bar against the toilet in the bathroom was loose. The breakfast was mediocre at best and often not hot. Service was inconsistent. The bar upstairs was not manned and there was a wedding on the Saturday evening downstairs. With no service. And extremely loud. I asked for an iron 3 times. Once it was delivered covered in a tar like substance which I asked for it to be cleaned or replaced but it never materialised.

Staff sweeping food on floor when cleaning breakfast table, all rooms and corridors have dirty carpets. Not great service/ not 5* service, served cold food and food quality not 5*. The jacuzzi not working in the spa, not cleaning our room properly. Flickering light everywhere Not enough staff on. Not full amenities in the bathrooms I.e. no shower gel No hooks to hang coats

This hotel is falsely advertised as 5-star—it’s barely a 3-star at best. Room service was nonexistent; requests never arrived, and I had to chase staff repeatedly. Cleanliness was unacceptable—towels were rehung instead of replaced, toiletries weren’t replenished, and one day my room wasn’t cleaned at all despite being gone for 12 hours. They do not vacuum the rooms - their beds are raised and if you look under the bed, there is a LAYER of dust and particles. The “spa” is complete false advertising. There’s only a freezing pool (unheated), a sauna, and a steam room—no spa staff, salon, or Turkish bath as advertised. Even massages require hours’ notice because someone has to be called in. When I raised concerns, the hotel manager dismissed everything, saying the hotel is “discounted” and that he has salaries to pay—as if that excuses not delivering promised 5-star service. This is misleading advertising, poor management, and terrible guest care. I submitted my complaint to Expedia already the first night and I have requested a full refund. If you want a 5 star hotel - this is not it! Avoid this hotel.
