Amazing place to stay! Very affordable for the area, the rooms were great, the rules are reasonable, the hot tub was great, and everything was clean! Only issue we had was that the train was right outside our window and kept waking us up at night and I didn’t see anything about it before booking the room. But besides that it was amazing!

Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. Expedia didn't tell me it is a "Please note that this unit has been discounted, as it does not have a guaranteed parking stall and is situated next to the stairs and close to the shared hot tub so can be noisier than other room types.".

The room was new and beautiful ! We loved the big fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedroom, too. Staff there were very nice and helpful . Everything was great except the railroad was super close by . Very challenge for sleeping .

It's not well kept. Water damage and drips in the bathrooms. No body wash or hand soap in the washrooms. They did bring some when I called the front desk.
If the price were slightly higher than what we paid, I'd say it wasn't worth it at all. I probably wouldn't recommend it for friend

キッチン付きでくつろげた。209号室はバリュープラスルームで安いが、少々狭い。
ただし、ソファーベッドがあり家族ずれでも十分。洗濯機もかなり助かる。洗剤付き!
また、上階のホットタブは夜10時までうるさい、、、。まあ、気にしなければ問題なし。どの道全部屋、大陸横断鉄道で時折うるさい。どれも大きく気にはならない。
この部屋は駐車場が唯一ないが、空いている際は他の空き駐車場を使わせてもらえた。それもなければ、路駐が可能。
紅茶の他、プレスで1.5L分（750mlを2回）コーヒーが用意されている。多分追加可能。
ハイシーズンでも早期（半年位前）に取れば、かなり低価格で泊まれる。少し長めにとってのんびりがおすすめ。
総じて非常に良かった。

全般的には満足であった。特にこの時期、このレベルの部屋をかなり低価格で借りることができたのは幸運であった。長期でゆっくり滞在する時満足度が上がるかもしれない。
駐車場があるという事であったが、私の部屋のみなかったのは少々残念。ホットタブの真下の部屋はうるさかった、10時には静かになった。真横に鉄道があり時折大きな音で貨物列車が通過する。気になる人は注意が必要だろう。

We stayed in a ground-level one bed unit. The decor was nice, but it feels almost like a basement. It had only 2 windows, both of which need to remain covered for any kind of privacy. One looks right at the walkway between units, the other is next to someone’s parking spot. I mean right next to it, as in someone scraping their windshield on the other side of your pillow. It’s OK in winter when it’s dark outside and closed blinds are cozy. It would be really unpleasant in summer when you want open windows. They do supply earplugs as an amenity.
