밴프 정말 아름다워요 숙박시설 깨끗하고 매우넓고 가족이 숙박하기에도 매우 좋음

5박했는데 숙소가 코지하고 맘에들었습니다.세탁기, 건조기 깨끗해서 편하게 썼고, 수건 교체도 요청하면 바로 해주셔서 좋았습니다. 1층이고 지정 주차라 편하게 왔다갔다해서 좋았는데, 2층과의 층간소음이 조금 있는 편입니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다!

깔끔한 디자인으로 정말 편안하게 잘 쉬다왔다. 그러나 화장실 벽 일부에 페인트인지 모르겠지만 붉은색깔이 묻어있어서 좀 불쾌했다. 하지만, 그외의 전반적으로 위치도, 시설도 만족했고 바로 옆에 유명한 베이글 집이 있어서 조식으로 먹기에 탁월했다. 나무토막 집 감성이 아닌 모던한 감성을 좋아하는 나로서는 정말 힐링하고 가는 숙박이었다. 다소 아쉬운건 체크인 할 때 직원이 좀 무심했다는 것? This resorts have been a really comfortable and well rested. But I didn't know why it was painted red color on some of the bathroom walls :( and it was a little unpleasant. However, the location and facilities were good overall, and the famous bagel house next door was excellent for breakfast. For me who prefers modern sensibility, not wood house sensation, it was a really relaxing stay. :) I will book this resorts again next my vacation. ^___^

전반적으로 시끄러움

Bedbug came out. No more book again or just pass this hotel.

새로 지은곳이라 깨끗하고 인테리어도 너무 좋았습니다 캔모어 타운과도 가까워서 접근성 좋고 근처 도보 오분거리에 편의점도 있어 너무 좋았습니다.

건물부터 내부 가전 및 식기 주방용품등등 새것이라 좋았음. 내부공간이나 짐놓을공간이 다소 부족함. 방음이 잘안되고 철길옆이라 잠귀밝은 사람은 시끄러워서 잠을 자기힘들수도있음.

I chose to stay here as they have a rooftop hot tub. When I tried to use the hot tub the door was locked - and the front desk told me it had been out of service for a couple of weeks. At no time during booking was there any word said about this - and I didn't see any signs or notices anywhere on the premises. They did give me a 20% discount on the stay but it's pretty frustrating as if I had known I would have stayed elsewhere. The front desk tried to help and offered to let me use a hot tub at a different location - but that isn't very practical. Otherwise the room was very good and clean.

The micro suites are perfect for a short vacation. Full kitchen and laundry are a great bonus.

Easy check in, really functional cozy place

We stayed two nights in the off season, good price and the place was clean and cozy, but a few issues. The hot tub was out of order (we only found out late at night after trying to use it and calling) and the bathroom fan didn’t seem to work, so the baseboards are peeling from humidity. Parking is super tight, especially for trucks, and we could hear everything from the unit above, they do leave earplugs tho. The bed felt small and the shower water never got very hot, though the water pressure was great. On the plus side, check-in was easy, the kitchen was nice, and it’s right across from Rocky Mountain Bagel Co. Overall, decent value for the price we paid, just some maintenance and comfort issues. We would’ve stayed somewhere else solely just for opportunity to have a hot tub with a view :(

Great location to stay in Canmore, we had a one bedroom apartment which was spacious, very nicely furnished, clean and well equipped for a short or long stay. The only thing I would have liked was a little more storage for clothing in the bedroom. The resort was quick to reply to any queries before our stay and on check in the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, when we enquired about using Bear Spray, they gave us a canister for free that had been left by a previous customer, thankfully we didn't need it, so returned it when we left. There is also a fantastic restaurant across the road from the resort Blake Brewhouse and Distillery, highly recommend for food and drinks and Safeway Supermarket is a short drive away. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay at Basecamp Resorts and would gladly stay again if we are ever back in the area.

On-site staff very attentive to the smallest of our needs, they were super helpful and helped us figure out issues that us old folk had issues with as in tv reception,, very impressed with their efforts,, our repeat business was earned for when we most definitely return! Mountain view was amazing, general area was clean, beds were clean. Bathrooms were not clean. Shower had a smell and visible yellow grime. Layout of the three bedroom property was cozy.

The walls were clearly dirty and I actually wiped them down as soon as we got… The water temperature for showers was terrible… They had to suddenly close the hot tub and we were not informed. Over all quality of the stay would have been great if it wasn’t for these issues….

The property is amazing and the staff are great for following up regarding our stay and if we needed anything. We would surely come back here
