Three level (highs) no elevator, share bathroom

Nondescript property overall. Great location a block from a Metro station. Service was non-existent, probably based on what they're paid. Room was clean but night crowd was very boisterous. Luckily, I can sleep through anything. Breakfast was basic like the property overall. I felt safe but I don't go out after dark. Probably won't return based on experience.

PROs: Very convienent, close to everything. Free hot and cold water. Free continental breakfast. The room was spacious. CONs: It was hard to find during the night. There's no lift - not advisable for older people who have big bags. The shared toilet was untidy. No accessibility. Noisy and loud neighbourshood. Squeeky bed and floor. VERY OLD building.

I stayed for two nights in a room with a shared bathroom, the room was quite nice and had a good view plus it was clean. The bathrooms however were very dirty and I am lucky I brought my own cleaning products. Other than that the hotel was a nice older style place. I would stay again just not with shared bathroom. There is also no elevator and lots of steep steps

Over all is very good for the price you pay. Continental Breakfast is also good. You see some homeless people around the building but they do not bother you. Also the place is close to exotic/ store

There are so many things to say about this place. Location: amazing location, but the people on the street are very noisy Room: I got the kitchenette, the walls were very dirty, old furniture and appliances. Service: I don’t know why, but during the 4 nights I stayed there, nobody cleaned my room. Bathroom: it pissed me off that I could not turn the lights on without turn on the noisy fan. Breakfast: terrible. Coffee toasts with buttter of peanut butter/chocolate. They also had bananas and milk with cereals. The hotel: a lot of stairs smelling mold. Also there are a lot of strange people there.

I had very bad experience homeless people were in lobby doing drug and whole night people were partying and loud music full night . I booked this place to have rest but i had terrible night and next day i was tired cause of had not good sleep. So not recommend anyone

Perfect location and nice staff!

Not clean and shady place

The night staff is very unfriendly and even "power over" me. No customer service at all. The way he talked as if I was begging him for a room.

I like that it has character and it is right it the middle of downtown. It is an old building though so don't expect much.

Room looked like I was walking into my own snuff film. Do not stay here, the pictures are totally inaccurate!!! I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE. If you read this review & stay there you are actually an idiot. I was legitimately worried about contracting something from staying there / being murderdx

Affordable and good location
