Transportation is very convenient. The outside noise was very loud. (Car noise, music). No soundproofing at all. Breakfast is very poor. (Cereal. Apple. Banana. Milk. Orange juice. Coffee. Tea)

It was nice to stroll in the street.

Came back to the room at 10:30 pm and the door lock was busted. We were told that they couldn’t do anything to get us in until the morning. Ended up having to sleep without any of our stuff in a completely new room. They were only able to offer $40 canadian as a reimbursement.

thankfully I was solo travelling or I wouldn't have stayed a single night. I certainly wouldn't have stayed if with a partner or family. I'm not one for negative feedback ordinarily however this was the biggest hovel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. The photos on the website are not reflective of the standard of room offered. Due to it being GP weekend I knew my chances of finding somewhere else were limited or I would have left. I took a video of the room I was placed in and it was disgusting and it won't let me upload it. not clean, Carpets are dirty and thread bare and the bed linen shocking. The whole place was in ill state of repair and the bathrooms smell of sewage so I had to go to a different floor to find a bathroom that was acceptable for use...just. Plus side the staff were brilliant to be fair and the location near the station needed for the GP circuit and St Catherines street was ideal. It is hard to judge value for money but comparing to England if looking for a comparison this is like the worst B&B in Blackpool. The breakfast was (coffee, toast, banana or apple and a yogurt or cereal which was okay to grab a coffee on the way out of the door.

Personnel accueillant et serviable. Le seul problème pour nous , qui sommes un peu âgés, c'est l'escalier. Mais il faut savoir que l'hôtel ne peut pas y remédier

The only real thing good was location to downtown and metro trying to get to hotel was crazy with roads blocked off that gps took us to luckily I brought a ionizer because the room had a weird smell most of people at desk were nice but one gentleman with glasses was trying to throw my adult son out that was traveling with me he harassed him like he was an intruder I only wished he had told me at the time the pigeons living out side my window were like an alarm clock and use caution if you go out on terrace I went over to railing and it almost collapsed I understand it was a high demand week with the Grand Prix but over $1000 for 4 nights here was crazy next year I will pay a higher price for a nicer hotel with amenities if you can I’d recommend doing it

Well only had one night there and my shot time was great the only thing parking area was bad the staff on that night was great 👍 I will give 100%

Rapport qualité/prix très correct pour hôtel en plein centre ville de Montréal. Situé au cœur de tout dans le quartier des spectacles.

Need some improvement like fixing bathrooms curtain not covering the windows properly. Need more maintenance or renovation. Prcie is high for is offered.

​Points forts : Un emplacement stratégique ​Proximité immédiate : L’hôtel est situé juste à côté d'un centre commercial, ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour les courses ou le shopping. ​Accessibilité : L’accès au centre-ville est très facile, que ce soit en bus ou même à pied pour les marcheurs. ​Restauration : Le petit-déjeuner est très correct et complet. ​Points faibles : Un confort et une hygiène à revoir ​État de la chambre : Le plafond semblait très "rafistolé", ce qui donne une impression de manque d'entretien. ​Plomberie : J'ai rencontré des problèmes dans la salle de bain, notamment une douche restée froide. ​Propreté : Gros point noir concernant l'hygiène des toilettes communes, qui étaient très sales lors de mon passage. ​Verdict : ​C'est un établissement idéal pour les petits budgets qui ne recherchent pas le luxe. Si vous privilégiez l'emplacement et le prix, le rapport qualité-prix reste intéressant malgré les défauts techniques et de propreté. ​En résumé : Pratique pour un court séjour utilitaire, mais ne vous attendez pas à des prestations haut de gamme.

Great place to stay for the price! Great location in the city, not gonna find a comfy stay like this for any less in that area.

Second staying here but only for one night each time. You get what you pay for , so somewhere to sleep at night, got the private bathroom and kitchenette. Thin walls and floors so woke up to footsteps above, so if you are light sleeper probably not the best place to stay. It was close to the metro, buses and lots of restaurants on st catherine and st laurent.

+ location, location - not suited for people with heavy suitcases as there are many steps to clim. - breakfast is minimal

Horrible box ac. Everything is crumbling down. Stairs are literally falling out of frame. Looks like a trafficking place. “Continental” breakfast is a joke. It’s toast and cereal. Oh and the bathrooms have pieces of walls cut out for you to be watched and have used rubbers everywhere and nasty dirty people.
