Found a mouse in my room . The room is super dirty. Lots of dust build up on the floor, edges and corners. Washroom was dusty, exhaust is hanging . It might drop on someone's head 1 day. When I came to check in the guys was on the phone on loed speaker. And just looking at me, never greet me or anything. He kept on talking to someone. Not sure who for sure it's not business talks because he's using his personal phone. I waited for less than 5mins infront of him before he help me to check in The lady was nice when i checked out. I didn't tell her what i found in my room . I took vedio and pictures of the mouse.

The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. I have been staying at this hotel in the past 10 years, and I noticed that breakfast selection is a lot smaller now, but coffee is still freshly made and strong :)) I like that there are no carpets in the rooms. I like the location of this hotel, a lot of places are in walking distance.
