Bed falling apart, no elevator, shared bathroom doesn’t have hand soap, there is hair on the mattress, the nice things about the hotel are its location and the rooms having AC

Was a good stay; great location ~

Awful place. In the red light district above a sex shop. Room was atrocious. We left after 1 night of a 3 night stay, it was so bad. Expedia should be ashamed to advertise it. We shall be seeking a refund

Clean room. Great air conditioning. The water from the shower was marvelous. It ran very well.

部屋は想像よりも綺麗で全く問題なかった。トイレ兼シャワー室はあまり綺麗ではなかったので、綺麗好きな人は嫌がるかもしれない。 値段が安いことを考えれば、問題なく泊まれる範囲だったと思う。朝食はあるが、シリアル等とてもシンプルなものなので、あまり期待しない方が良いと思う。

Expensive for the size of the rooms WITH a bathroom. Bed could be upgraded and matching towels would be a nice touch.

Very central but very loud location. Very poorly maintained, Holes in walls, curtains. Smelled awful everywhere, especially urine in the entry stairwell. Staff were great and helpful.

You get what you pay for, you have to have quite the resilience to enjoy your stay. Great Location tho!

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the bed was made and organized, the room itself was not properly cleaned. The floor was very dirty, which made the room feel unclean. I even asked the person at the reception for a broom and dustpan so I could clean the room myself, but he just looked at me and did not assist. Unfortunately, we didn’t have much choice but to stay because we had just returned from Quebec City, and our flight was scheduled very early the next morning at 4:30 a.m. We were only at the hotel for about 8 hours. We had dinner outside and didn’t use any of the hotel amenities, except for the complimentary water. Given the condition of the room and our very short stay, I would appreciate being considered for a refund. If necessary, I am willing to communicate with Expedia to help resolve this matter. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Staff were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Room needed cleaning when we arrived—blood on sheets, food on the floor. Air conditioning barely worked in hot weather. Never got kitchen utensils for 2 in our room apparently furnished for 1.

Shared bathroom with entire floor, had to walk up 3 floors to get to room.

It was actually pretty good for what it is. I was impressed with the cleanliness. I would say that the mattresses should be updated. They were very cheap and uncomfortable. They also could have moved the furniture around so that the television is at the foot of the bed and viewable to both people in the room and lastly...... clean up and repaint that damn stairway. I booked this hotel for a stay with family as it appeared under family friendly search. But this hotel is right next to a shop with "sex shop" sign and there are few strip clubs just nearby. Don't book for family stay - this is right in the middle of adult entertainment zone.

The hotel needs a lot of work. Our toilet seat and bathroom mirror were broken, the window screen was torn off and one window was open with window air conditioner on; we discovered this on day 2. Windows and ac were dirty, mattress cover was ripped and pillows were dirty. There was 1 coffee cup, 2 glasses and 1 plate in the kitchen. The “breakfast” consisted of coffee, toast and 3 types of dry cereals. The carpet into the lobby was dirty and worn. The sheets, bathroom and kitchen were clean, and staff was attentive and friendly.

Amazing location for Jazz Fest. Only a double bed as described but had a cot.
