Parking was super easy and monitored, hotel was clean and staff were friendly and efficient.

Terrible location (very sketchy- there are homeless drug addicts literally outside your door and parking is in an even sketchier location away from the hotel and you see shattered glass needles everywhere it’s a risk to get in and out), the staff did fraudulent transactions which we had no control over(changed the cost to match some fine brand hotel chains and on top changed room and charged yet additional fees) we filtered the location by breakfast but they had no service and no other in the nearby area that was safe for service - we had to drive 30min each time to get there. I blame Expedia for providing fraudulent information about the hotel. Stay safe and stay away from this place.

I loved the 1940s feel of the architecture and interior! Also as a tiki fan, the authentic bar was amazing!

We have driven by this hotel for years and never thought it would be a place we would stay. Due to limited rooms in the area for a concert we had tickets to, we gave it a go. We were pleasantly surprised. Inside was clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and bed was very comfortable! Its location made for an easy walk to Commercial Dr. and only a 35 minute walk to the Pacific Colluseum. Its also on a busy bus rout if you arent into walking soo much. We are definetly going to be booking again.

Check in was a breeze. We were treated like royalty. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. In already looking at booking this one for Sept when we return to the area

Really good for an old heritage building! Shower was really small. Temp control worked well, very comfortable stay overall. Room was very clean, grout in the bathroom could use some love but again to be expected for a heritage building. Staff was really great! Helpful and kind.

Brief stay, but great place. Been there dozens of times. Inexpensive and very cool staff. Centrally located. Will be there again.

Stuff are very friendly

Bath room door is hard to move around. Hotel is on first floor , no elevator. Parking is free and convenient. room furniture is not in great shape. Bed and blankets are good quality.

We had a fairly good stay at Hotel at the Waldorf. The staff were very friendly and genuinely kind 😊 — especially one man (I don’t know his name), but he was extremely positive and left a really great impression ✨ The room was reasonably clean — not perfect, but acceptable 👍 The main downside was the noise. The windows are not very soundproof, so we could clearly hear the street, especially seagulls 🐦, which was a bit disturbing. The neighborhood looks a bit worn, but overall it felt calm and safe 🙂 Overall, it was a decent stay for the price 💸

Affordable option with some decent upgrades! Happy to have a full size mini fridge in the room.
