The rooms are tiny. You have no place to put your luggage. Bathrooms were ok. But it was a scary place.

Everything was fine for the price. Yolks Restaurant across the street was wonderful!

For the price, it’s pretty solid. If you want a clean room that’s reasonably comfy and you don’t mind a little traffic noise and a slightly rough neighbourhood, it’s perfect. Definitely a great value for Vancouver. The staff are really friendly too. Will stay again!

No elevator. They help you carry your bags up the stairs. The rooms were not clean with broken tiles. No towels, gave us plastic cups with faucet water. Poor

Clean room just older and not great neighborhood

Just an overnight stay before an Alaskan cruise. Excellent area with food basics and a dollar store nearby. A pub is next door with good food. About 4 miles from the port and reasonable price. It’s old but clean. No elevators - rooms are one floor up; but staff is always willing to bring your bag upstairs. Small room but cozy .

The room smelled of humidity and felt damp. The toilet seat lid would not stay open and carpeting was awful. Honestly one of the worst hotel stays ever. The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotels needs some serious attention. No Elevator!!!

It was OK. Room was clean

So first off I’ll say that all the staff were fantastic. They were helpful, prompt, and gave good suggestions. But for the room, you get what you pay for. Linens were clean but I didn’t get a full sized towel, only a hand towel, washcloth, and bath mat. I did not take a shower (it was a big walk-in) because the tile floor looked…questionable. The queen bed was nice but mattress seemed well used so I didn’t end of sleeping under the covers, just used the spare blanket from the closet. The walls are barren, some paint missing in some areas, and the window had a gap where it closed so I could hear outside conversations and cars pretty clearly, but I was exhausted so I just slept through it. Nice sized mini-fridge, little pod coffee machine, and big tv. They even threw in a bottle of wine with my stay which was very nice. No elevator so I watch others drag their suitcases up and down the stairs, as did I eventually lol. The area from downtown to the hotel is AWFUL. Not the hotels fault, but be very careful where you go walking around, lots of drug use in the area. Grocery store across the street helped a lot but they don’t have a lot in ways of smaller snacks, go to the dollar store down the street for that. The brewery downstairs is delicious and the staff are super great. Overall, not the worst place I’ve been but if you are looking for more comfort than affordability for more than one night, I’d pay a little more and stay closer to downtown. Otherwise I give it 3/5.

We were in Vancouver for an event unrelated to FiFA but ALL ACCOMMODATIONS had significantly increased their fees, the Waldorf was no exception. Staff were available, helpful and friendly. Our room, bathroom and bed was clean. They even supplied a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The hotel itself has seen it's better days, it is tired and worn, not much special about it. Parking was adequate and it felt safe to leave our car in their lot. The location was great, close to lots of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. What we had to pay for our 2 night stay was unreasonable for the maybe 2 star accommodations. Cost and value need to be considered. So many businesses try to guilt costumers into only giving 5 star ratings, anything less then they say they have failed. What's the point of rating any business if the rating doesn't reflect reality? This last statement is a general observation not only directed to the Waldorf.

We didn’t stay at that hotel. The very drive to the hotel was terrifying; the neighborhood was full of homeless people and drug addicts sleeping on the street. I was afraid to get out of the car, and the building didn’t even look like a hotel. I was scared to go inside, so my husband and I decided to find another hotel far away from that location. I don’t know why Expedia lists this hotel. I hope I won’t have to pay for a room at that hotel.

The staff at the Hotel at Waldorf were wonderful. The lobby is old and outdated. No elevator, but the hotel staff took our luggage up. The room was fine, clean and bed comfortable. The shower was iffy and the water did not regulate well. However, the area around the hotel was not safe. Lots of unhoused with narcotics problems. One guest had their car broken into from the parking lot and their passports stolen. This place was iffy and a little too pricy considering the neighborhood. It was old and noisy. I gave it a three because I feel bad for the staff who were nice. I wouldn't recommend this for families or anyone traveling alone.

The room was poorly kept the phone didn't work. The floors were dirty chipped paint cracking curtains lines did not work. The air conditioner was not working. The shower curtain was torn. The sink was cracked and chipped. There was no water available or for purchase in the facility and we had to drag our bags up two flights of curved winding stairway. It was dark dingy tired I would not ever stay here again. It was terrible.

It's a funky, retro, mid-century kind of place. The front desk agent gave me a free bottle of Okanogan Riesling wine when I completed the check-in process. There is a dollar store, a pharmacy, and a grocery store across the street. The bus stops right there.
