酒店比較舊，浴缸及洗手盤的去水有問題，後來發現是有大量頭髮在去水位導致淤塞。停車場出口需要入代幣，但在check-in 時職員查問有沒有車時也沒有告知。

Hyggelig personale fantastiske parkerings muligheter og ryddige og fine rom. Frokosten må kjøpes på restauranten på hotellet , god mat men litt blandet service. Og tvungen tips på minimum 16 pct selv ved dårlig service var skuffende.

It was a decent place. Parking was okay.

The meals were excellent and the staff was helpful and courteous. The proximity to the Biodome and Botanic Gardens was a definite advantage.

We booked Hotel International as a family traveling from out of province specifically to attend the Inter Miami vs. CF Montreal game, as it was the only option within walking distance of the stadium. Unfortunately, the location is the only positive thing this hotel has going for it. Our room’s smoke detector was constantly chirping with a low battery. I had to unmount it and hand it to the front desk myself, only to be told they couldn't fix it—leaving our family without a working detector. To make matters worse, a wedding reception was hosted right in our floor's foyer. When I filed a noise complaint at 10:00 PM explaining we had small children and an early flight, the front desk agent simply shrugged it off, claiming it was a "restaurant event" and refusing to do anything about the music. The loud bass shook our room past midnight, followed by noisy wedding guests shouting down the corridor at 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 AM. At checkout, management interest was non-existent; staff merely said they’d "pass it along." If you are traveling with family or expect basic safety standards and a decent night’s sleep, look elsewhere. Absolute failure of hospitality.

Amazing, but the pool does not have enough chairs, the bar onsite is run by a 3rd party but doesn't open up until 5 on game nights and service sucks we used it 3 times and disappointed with the staff service.

Je suis restée deux nuits, du 23 au 25 juillet, dans la chambre 719. Dès mon arrivée, une très forte odeur d'humidité était présente dans la chambre. Étant très fatiguée, je n'y ai pas porté trop attention au départ et j'ai même essayé de masquer l'odeur avec du parfum, en espérant qu'elle disparaisse. Malheureusement, l'odeur est devenue encore plus forte au moment du coucher. Le lendemain, j'ai signalé le problème à la réception. Un employé est venu vaporiser un produit dans la chambre, mais l'effet n'a duré qu'une vingtaine de minutes. Par la suite, mon fils, qui est asthmatique, s'est mis à tousser, et nous avons dû passer une deuxième nuit dans cette chambre malgré cette odeur très désagréable. Au moment du départ, j'ai de nouveau expliqué la situation à la réceptionniste. Mis à part de simples excuses, aucune solution ni geste commercial ne m'a été proposé. Je suis très déçue de cette expérience. Une chambre présentant une forte odeur d'humidité ne devrait pas être louée, d'autant plus qu'elle peut avoir des répercussions sur la santé de certains clients. J'espère que ce problème sera pris au sérieux afin d'éviter que d'autres voyageurs vivent la même situation.

The room was good, parking was plentiful and the hotel is very close to the Biodome and Botanical Gardens. The restaurant doesn't open until 5:00 p.m. so we got lunch from the IGA supermarket a 10 minute walk away.

Our family stay was enjoyable and satisfactory. The hotel is close to tourist locations and a good choice. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was a bit dated, with only one elevator, it took a while to go up and down. The location was good right by the botanical garden.
