Not enough parking spaces

The view was limited and should not have paid extra for a view! No free bus passes available at hotel. Gave me misinformation on where to get bus stop to get to Gondala so had to pay for a taxi instead of $1 for bus

Clean room, mountain view, nice hottop, amazing locatipn in yhe heart of the downtown.

Enjoyed our stay! Loved the views. The location of the hotel was perfect.

Nice beds

Good stay, it has everything you need, safe place, comfortable beds and friendly staff, location is awesome, near to main activities in Banff

Carpet needs replacing but still a great hotel

hate the walk from the elevator to my room and no view from the bedroom window just the wall. So not good experience. I am senior.

We were here for our 35th wedding anniversary. As soon as the staff found out, they sent us a hand signed card and two bottles of champagne. Very nice! (Warning: We had to change rooms. The initial 'Orbitz/Expedia/Travelocity room was a dumpy broom closet. The new room was great!)

Nice and clean. Updated decor but the beds felt old and saggy.

Fantastic location, great staff and super quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was whether it was at the front desk to help check me in or the staff in the restaurant. Every single person I spoke to was wonderful. I was served by I think her name was Tilly (sweet Australian red head) at the bar.. I sat and had dinner because the restaurant was too full and she was incredible to watch work and multitask keeping me entertained. I would definitely come back here again. My room was clean and really cute and I absolutely adore the convenience of this hotel. It is right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants it is such a great location. And no noise, which is wonderful. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to try it.

Good hotel

The property was conveniently located in Banff.The hot tub has a nice view, but was dirty around the edges. The guest laundry was filthy. Our AC went on standby and would not go off standby. A tour bus and another blocked us in when returning to the hotel . We had dinner reservations and could not make the time.

We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

The beds were comfortable and the shower was really good. Furniture and carpet need updating. Seating was totally inadequate: one uncomfortable chair not enough for two people. Small consul table passed off as a desk totally inadequate. Sockets and charging points not convenient. Lights totally inadequate. A/c clearly switched off at night so the room was too warm.

Everything was perfect! They even lent us bear spray for our hikes!

The hotel was in the perfect location! Close to everything! Room was excellent and loved the robes in every room. Elevator was dirty and they didn’t clean it all but other than that it was nice!

Overall enjoyed the stay I only wish we could have a more favourable location as I had to manage luggage down stairs and we were a long distance away
