hotel not very clean, ice machines not on every floor, extremely long lines to check in and out, $50 to park - what do they think that I have the option to walk there - parking should be free or bundled in the room rate, parking lot was packed with long walks to the hotel in freezing cold weather - should provide a shuttle, elevator had arriving lights but did not work causing a guessing game to grab an elevator before the doors closed. Very poorly operated.

The place was incredible!! I cheaped out on having a view of the falls, but next day, upgraded and it was awesome!! Very clean room, hotel, ect!!

Room needs updating. Faucets not that clean. Scum around faucet. Bathtub didnt drain. Carpets need cleaning.
There was a used tim hortons coffee cup hidden behind the curtians.

The hotel restaurant food was excellent, honestly one of the highlights of our stay. Every meal was fresh, well prepared, and the service at the restaurant was great.
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the room. When booking, we were told the room included two queen beds and a sofa bed, which was the main reason we chose it since we were five people total (2 adults and 3 children). Once we arrived, we discovered that the sofa does not convert into a bed at all.
As a result, we had to sleep very uncomfortably, which took away from what could have been an otherwise enjoyable stay. Accurate room descriptions are extremely important for families, and this was misleading.
I hope the hotel can address this issue so future guests don’t experience the same inconvenience.
