While it did not start well with a strong smell in the room that smelt like a535 - the staff quickly made arrangements for another room and made aire we were comfortable.

L'hotel est situé très légerement en retrait des chutes mais offre quand même une vue magnifique, cepandant, si vous désirez une meilleure vue des chutes, choissisez l'autre Marriott à côté.
Les chambres avec Falls View sont magique, c'est un gros plus dans votre séjour. La chambre était très propre mais les meubles un peu vieillot.
L'hotel est un endroit parfait pour accéder au table rock visitor center mais à plus de 30 minutes de marche de la rue Clinfton Hill.
La avons été très chanceux d'avoir un early check-in sans aucun frais à cause de mon membership Marriott.
Nous n'avons pas fait la piscine, aucun restaurant. Le parking à côté etait (avril 2026) à 50 $ / jour

The property condition comes across as a bit older with obvious repair work like caulking in the bathroom very clear and the difference in bathroom doors. The rooms had a slight older smell of just the age of the hotel and useage like carpeting. The little sofa couch also comes across as dated and worn and used fabric. The bed was great and was the highlight of the room. Pool and whirlpool were also a highlight. The omelette station was also a huge highlight for us. All staff were priceless especially at Milestones.

The parking was not great, as a handicap permit, the regular cars park there and those in need have to walk far. They should enforce to reserve that parking for those in real need.

Breakfast fruit was not fresh. The "maple syrup" was NOT real maple syrup but just regular breakfast syrup. The rest of the hot breakfast was good.
