The hotel itself is very clean.Service is great and checking and checking out was very easy.There are alot of food options within walking distance.The only thing that could have been done was to provide drinks in the refrigerator just like two bottles of water and two soads would have been sufficient.This would have been useful after a long day of travel.Everything is was exceptional!

Our stay in Niagara Falls was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—close to the Falls and all the attractions, which made it easy to enjoy everything Niagara has to offer. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire staff for making our trip so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niagara Falls!

Get the corner falls view room! The view is worth the extra money! The hotel has tons of taxes added on which make things a lot more expensive I.e. tourist tax. They never cleaned our room and it was a three night stay. Skip the breakfast buffet . . Not worth it. Overall, stay was great though and what was expected out of a Marriott property!

First hotel on the strip along the Falls. Be warned, if you get assigned rooms that are located in the corner of the indent of their construction, the view will be somewhat obstructed. The view by the elevators was wider than the one in my room and we paid the higher price. We bright it up to the receptionist who wasn’t helpful and after stating that we made our reservations through Expedia became condescending. Note: I traveled with 11 people. We had 3 rooms reserved. One with city view, one with water view and one with falls view. The receptionist said they only two types.

They charged me 80$ valet parking for a day but the valet parking service was very poor and slow, I left the car key at the hotel reception twice because no one was available at the front

Worst experience I ever had with Marriott. The hotel facilities are run-down, and the staff couldn’t even manage to issue a room key properly. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was so old and noisy that I could barely sleep.
