The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a menu in the room with a 4 digit phone number to call. BUT IT NO LONGER IS AVAILABLE TO The breakfast you could order and delivered to the room was not worth the outrageous price plus they forgot items and it was cold. We purchased an update that gave us a better view of the falls but was not worth the cost. The building is showing its age and as a result shows it.

Super rude front staff. Impatient cutting me off all the time just want to get off the phone. Charged me for $56 to upgrade, the room ended up no sofa bed that we originally booked. We got a cot. No apology from the manager, no follow up. Called the front desk about my bill. A man received the call. Super short and rude. Arrogant and not care just to show the impatience and rudeness. Check in staff messed up with my upgraded room; night shift manager pushed me to next day daytime manager and no apology, daytime manager didn’t follow up, I called the front desk and the man was also very rude and short. On my, I met across four rude staff already. It’s the most disappointing experience I have ever had with the hotel.

When you stay at a hotel. They should not charge their guests parking fees. This was outrageous. It was expensive without paying for parking. This should be an amenity. The views were spectacular. The room was cozy bed sleep amazing. Staff was helpful.
