Room needs updating. Faucets not that clean. Scum around faucet. Bathtub didnt drain. Carpets need cleaning. There was a used tim hortons coffee cup hidden behind the curtians.

The hotel restaurant food was excellent, honestly one of the highlights of our stay. Every meal was fresh, well prepared, and the service at the restaurant was great. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the room. When booking, we were told the room included two queen beds and a sofa bed, which was the main reason we chose it since we were five people total (2 adults and 3 children). Once we arrived, we discovered that the sofa does not convert into a bed at all. As a result, we had to sleep very uncomfortably, which took away from what could have been an otherwise enjoyable stay. Accurate room descriptions are extremely important for families, and this was misleading. I hope the hotel can address this issue so future guests don’t experience the same inconvenience.

Make sure you book the right Marriott hotel. The Fallsview is the one with the spa even though the images attached on the Expedia website says that this hotel has the spa. The pool was too small and congested and our room smelled like weed.
