Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls

The breakfast was good, but if is not included, is very expensive, 75$ for 2 little kids

Parking and breakfast are extra. The elevators can be a lengthy wait when the hotel is busy.

A few room issues first night but staff promptly addressed them.

The checkin was nice and smooth and nice staff. We selected the falls view rooms. The rooms were very basic hotel rooms. Not much amenities apart from some hand lotion and shower gels. The view was amazing!

Disappointed I didn't get my Bonvoy Marriott points for my stay for the 2 Nights but beautiful hotel clean and great breakfasts buffet in the 🌄 morning to start your day

It was ok

The view was amazing. The room was clean. Other than some hand and nose prints on the windows over looking the falls but it wasnt a big deal by no means. Our breakfast was included with our room (all you can eat) it was hotel breakfast. If you have had it before youyou know what i mean. If you havent. Everything is fresh. The coffee was decent. And again you get to see the falls while you eat breakfast. Even lunch or dinner. Its the same area/restaurant. There is a pool in the swme hotel.

This hotel was good for my 2 nights. My check in was fast and easy. Very great customer service. The room was clean and spacious. Awesome view of the falls. Bed was firm. AC works well. Very hot water and good water pressure. Clean towels. Heads up there is no microwave and you have to pay big time for parking

The room and view were great! There were a lot of ladybugs in the bedroom for what ever reason though, like literally 20. The in hotel restaurant is an absolute avoid though. Spent 150 on the first meal for the two of us and it tasted microwaved but was edible. The drinks were good but overpriced (it’s a hotel after all). We made the mistake of going for breakfast the next day as well and the sausage was actually vile, I only had a bite and felt nauseous for the next few hours. Eggs were fine though. Go for the view but avoid the food there. Didn’t use the pool to anything as the bathtub in our room was huge! Loved it!

The hotel was amazing for the views and proximity to nearby activities and attractions.

Staff were great!

We looked at several properties in the surrounding area and this hotel by far has the best views of the falls and is the closest to the horseshoe falls area specific attractions. Definitely spend the extra money for a “Superior” room to stay in one of the upper levels. The view is *chef’s kiss*!! We easily enjoyed the falls light show every night and had we been there during peak times we would have had front row views for the fireworks as well. The falls incline to the table rock center is just a 5 minute walk away. If staying before April 30th the Wonder Park Pass is a steal to get and saves you 50% off the included attractions. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable; my husband loved the rainfall shower head. The front desk staff were amazing, shout out to Sarah who helped us at check in and our second day with local restaurant and sightseeing recommendations to help avoid tourist traps and get the most of our stay; when checking out Georgette was all smiles and made sure my husband got his Marriott points for our stay. The only negative was our last two days of our stay there was a dance competition at the hotel and parking went from easy to non existent, getting up & down the elevators became a chore to fit everyone and waited several times for space to even enter one, and the pool was overrun. There should be a booking warning to unsuspecting travelers when they have large events booked like that. We would have come earlier and left earlier had we known.
