Our experience at Marriott Fall View Niagara was wonderful. The staff were very kind and helpful. They made our stay amazing. They have a nice pool and hot tub. It is close to all the fun activities in Niagara Falls. We enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend it. We loved their breakfast offerings.

Fantastic check-in experience thanks to friendly staff. Convenient nearby parking. Great view on the falls. Bath was huge and appreciated but kind of hard to get in and out. Room design very convenient for family. Would have appreciated a microwave in the room, as well as a shower cap. Aside from that it was a dream ! Breakfast buffet is great with a big diversity of meals along with a quick refill turnover. But staff not really useful there. Some were very tensed and unfriendly. Some other were great but uncomfortable as it's not needed in a buffet and we don't want to socialize much in the morning. Overall it was a superbe expérience and I would definitely recommend it.

Staff was exceptional and accommodating. This is one of the best hotels for viewing the falls, illumination & the fireworks. Stayed in the Executive Suite king bed with Sleeper sofa. Was on the top floor. . . absolutely fabulous large room with great views. Hotel valet parking staff was tremendous, friendly and professional. Would very highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was not cleaned after our first night. We left the room at 8am and returned to an unmade bed and dirty washroom at 8:30pm. We were told they were trying to be more green - what??? They were unapologetic and I had to ask for the room to be cleaned each morning after that. The air conditioning unit was very loud and banged each time it fired up- very disrupting when watching TV or sleeping.

This was a very disappointing stay. I paid extra for a Falls view, only to find the windows covered in bird droppings, which completely ruined the experience. The valet service was another major issue. On a busy summer weekend, there was only one valet working in the evening. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my car both times I requested it. I felt bad for the employee because they were clearly overwhelmed. The restaurant was just as disappointing. We waited 20–30 minutes just to get water, and our food arrived before our drinks. We even had to ask another server to bring us water because our waiter never did. The service was extremely slow, even for a simple salad. I specifically asked for no bacon, but it arrived with bacon anyway. When I pointed it out, they simply picked the bacon off instead of making a new salad, leaving bacon pieces throughout the dish. Overall, this hotel did not live up to the price or expectations. Save your money and stay at the Hyatt instead.

View-wise was breathtakingly awesome due to room booked is facing the Niagara Falls. Room is dated, internet connection showed disappointingly with expensive fee attached. We used our own data during our 2nights stay. Staff were pleasant and easy check-in a plus. Location is on-point.

I was very shocked on how the hotel looks in person. It didn’t match the expectations associated with a Marriott hotel. Especially it being a four star hotel. The photos used for promotional purposes made it seem to me like the hotel was a little catfish. The pool seemed to be well lit in the photos but it is actually very small and dark. The room was clean but didn’t have a nice clean hotel smell. And the stairs are not finished making it seem like this hotel is not done or well kept at the beginning of my stay I actually thought I was in the wrong hotel because there is another Marriott right infront. The falls are not seen from infront but actually from the side/ back non like the picture that makes it seem like you are seeing it from the front. Which is why I thought I was in the wrong hotel.
