Don't be fooled by your hotel price that you are quoted! It's plus amenities fees of over $200 for 2 nights, plus parking. Also, we ordered room service once. It should of been $85 with tip but it was $120 because of taxes and other misc fees. Also, they charged my credit card $800 for the hold and when we checked out and paid with a different credit card. It was 996$ for 2 nights. They told me the $800 hold would be taken off in a week or so. I booked my 2 night stay at 263$ a night. Although i liked the view and bigger tub, the carpet and furniture was very worn! I would not recommemd dealing with this hotel. When i called to speak to someone they were very rude!

No lights in the room itself. One at the entrance and in the bathrooms. Just one lamp to light the room. Bed was itchy. City view was rooftop view. Wifi was not reliable and no smart TVs.

There were dishes at the counter across from the elevator on my floor that was from Breakfast when we came in at 4 pm.
I mentioned it to the front desk and it did not get removed until late evening.
There was a rolled up towel with something in it, something broken, on the floor in the hallway.
I mentioned it to front desk and it did not get removed until the next day between 9 am - 10 am.

The staff and location are great! The hotel rooms and amenities itself are very run down, a lot of dust and moldy smell from the bedding and carpets. Sanitization wise not really up there, if that’s important to you I would skip this place. It could use some renovation. Parking overnight is $50 :)
