Extremely disappointing experience. This property is not what Expedia and Marriott advertise. The listing contains misleading photos that create expectations the hotel simply does not meet. The actual property, rooms, and overall experience are significantly different from what is shown online. In particular, don’t be influenced by the attractive photos of area of interest and the surrounding area—they are not representative of the hotel itself. What is most frustrating is the lack of accountability. When I raised these concerns, neither the hotel staff nor Expedia offered a meaningful solution. The only response was, “We’re sorry.” An apology is not a resolution when customers have paid based on information that does not accurately represent the property. Customers are expected to pay the full price for what is advertised. In return, they should receive an experience that matches the listing. If a customer failed to meet their obligation, Expedia or Marriott would not simply accept an apology. The same level of accountability should apply when the listing is misleading. I booked this property expecting Marriott standards and the experience presented in the listing. Unfortunately, it fell far short of both. I cannot recommend this property, and I strongly encourage future guests to look beyond the promotional photos before booking.

In general, very good hotel but aircondtion unit and toilet upgrades required.

The Staff were helpful, the bar is almost always open. The location is very close to the falls. Base on your room choice, you can see the fall from your room.

The property was fine enough but everything was just further than we wished for walking so we ended up driving everywhere and paying an outrageous amount for parking. I wish we would’ve picked a place closer to everything. We did have a great view of the falls from our hotel though.

Get the corner falls view room! The view is worth the extra money! The hotel has tons of taxes added on which make things a lot more expensive I.e. tourist tax. They never cleaned our room and it was a three night stay. Skip the breakfast buffet . . Not worth it. Overall, stay was great though and what was expected out of a Marriott property!

Booked a Falls view side and was given a city view side

First hotel on the strip along the Falls. Be warned, if you get assigned rooms that are located in the corner of the indent of their construction, the view will be somewhat obstructed. The view by the elevators was wider than the one in my room and we paid the higher price. We bright it up to the receptionist who wasn’t helpful and after stating that we made our reservations through Expedia became condescending. Note: I traveled with 11 people. We had 3 rooms reserved. One with city view, one with water view and one with falls view. The receptionist said they only two types.
