The reception Amenda was very kind and helpful. The view was great. Would recommend to stay.

Breakfast menu was very good. Good selection at the buffet.

We stayed at Marriott Niagara Falls for 2 nights and overall the hotel was clean, but the service did not match the price we paid. Our stay cost $679 for only two nights, which in my opinion is not inexpensive. One major disappointment was housekeeping. Yesterday, when we returned from our excursion around 6 PM, our room had not been cleaned — the trash was still there, the towels had not been replaced, and the beds had not been made. I had to call and eventually even go to the front desk because nobody came initially. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better attention and service. Another thing that was disappointing was the parking fee. On top of an already expensive hotel stay, parking was an additional $50 per night, which felt excessive. I chose this hotel because of its excellent location near Niagara Falls and also because I had such a wonderful experience at one of Marriott’s hotels in Punta Cana just two weeks ago. Based on that experience, I expected the same level of hospitality and service here, but unfortunately that was not the case. On the positive side, the Milestones restaurant was excellent. The service was great, the staff was attentive, and the food quality was honestly very good. The prices were a bit high, but the experience there was worth it. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. I feel that for less money I could probably find a place that feels more welcoming and offers better overall service.

Nice hotel

We did get a room with a view on the 31st floor. The room was hot, ac wasn't working and the floor was soaking wet. The ac mechanic did try to fix it .. but it did nothing. Plus they charge 50$ perday for parking. I will not stay there again and don't recommend anyone to comprise comfort the a view.

Perfect location. Staffs were very helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy with Fallsview. We didn't take breakfast so there is no suggestion. We’d highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the location is perfect, with amazing views of Niagara Falls. The check in experience was very smooth, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only exception was our experience at the Milestones restaurant, which did not meet the same excellent standard as the rest of the hotel. The person who assisted us was not friendly or helpful at all.

Is a beautiful hotel clean and comfortable the only thing I didn’t like was they charge you $50 dlls per night for park in the hotel

I did not like that we needed to pay to park our cars on the property

Best hotel with best view

We spent most of time there in the room to watch the horseshoe falls and the fireworks. It is worthy to stay a room either a fall view

Don’t enough lights in room. Feel very dark. Even though the falls view scenery is great, there should be options for customers to decide whether or when to turn on more lights. Other than that, everything are great.

Dirty, overpriced rooms, parking price was outrageous and wifi was an extra charge. Avoid.

It was a great stay and location although there was a fire alarm that happened on Monday, 6/15. We all had to get done and out but nobody did say what happened and why? We saw fire trucks and firefighters but it would have been nice if there were some kind of information.
