卡尔加里威斯汀酒店

2017年到卡城選了这间酒店，印象很好，所以今年来卡城首選了这酒店，但感觉很一般了，地毯、洗手间都老旧了。

We used it as a staycation. We where missing one robe, The lobby was chaotic with a convention check-in, Bar closed at 9:30 and the building is showing clear signs of a lack of maintenance cleanly ness felt barley adequate.

When we arrived to check in at 3:00 p.m. (the stated check-in time), our room wasn’t ready. We didn’t get access until 6:00 p.m., a full three hours late. This was especially frustrating because we were doing a staycation and were only staying for less than 24 hours. As soon as we finally got into the room, we headed straight to the pool with our kids, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. The pool area is nicely renovated, but the water was so cold that it was basically unusable. There’s no hot tub, although the sauna is a nice feature. We planned to give the pool another try the next morning, but it was closed for maintenance. Since the pool was the primary reason for booking this hotel, the combination of the delayed check-in and the pool closure made the stay a major disappointment. To their credit, the hotel offered free parking and breakfast as compensation. However, the breakfast buffet was definitely not worth the $31 per person they normally charge. The rooms are outdated and not worth the price we paid. Unfortunately, this stay was a bust, and we won’t be returning.

The pool and sauna were very nice. Pretty standard corporate hotel, staff were friendly. It was very busy.

Buena ubicación. Habitación limpia. Personal amable. Fácil check-in y check-out. Lugar tranquilo y seguro. La única observación es que los pasillos y las alfombras del pasillo necesitan una renovación ASAP. Pero de verdad, no tengo otra queja.

Really dated hotel. Wouldn’t stay again.

Checkin was slow and staff member sounded like he was high on something - spoke so fast, has to tell him to repeat and slow down. Room was large but one white bathrobe had a good size brown spot on it. Only two small bottles of water - we had to request more Breakfast was the same every day - no variety and had to request for eggs if i didn't want the buffet type of eggs. The staff had to check with the manager to ok two eggs over easy. The buffet breakfast for 2 was $65 plus taxes
