The staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and polite. I needed an early check-in and my room was ready to go when I arrived. The room was clean, modern, and had a great view. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and moisturizer smelled amazing and they give you a little aroma therapy roll-on that smells wonderful and helps with sleep. You can order room service from the app, it was delicious and not inexpensive, but worth the price point. The hotel is perfectly located with on-site parking as well as affordable parking next to the hotel. The gym, pool, and sauna were all beautiful and well stocked. I enjoyed my stay and will be booking again the next time I visit.

Lots of GF and Vegan options for breakfast. Amazing staff who are super friendly and just know what you need. The rooms are lovely and updated and the pool is spectacular.

We had a great stay, and definitely would return! The staff were super friendly, the room was spotless, and very comfortable. The underground parking was easy to use. I loved the rooftop pool and sauna, and since most hotel pools close so early I really appreciated the hours 5am-midnight!! Location was very walkable.

The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was way too small, but very clean. The shower was so small you hit the soap holders trying to shower, and your knees hit the wall while using the toilet. The staff were amazing. The parking was easy, not free. The sauna was wonderful. They need to improve the pool. It was cold and not useable. there were 7 other people at the pool when I went all had the same complaint. The pool and area was very clean.

Found the room a little cold, and we kept turning the heat up. Finally figuredout why. The heat register is on the other side of the blackout drapes. The window was really warm. 🙄 The sliding door for the bathroom wouldn't stay closed.

Best service from every team member in the building, absolutely everyone smiled and made the experience worth repeating. Lovely location, so many things to do within walking distance. Rates are great and room cleanliness is excellent.
