Stayed here one night as a mini staycation. Overall the stay was great. One less than favorable issue was that the pool was closed for a special event for most of the afternoon. Would have been nice to know during booking or ahead of time. The staff were very helpful and attentive. They upgraded my room and left a special note and chocolate covered strawberries in my room. The gym and pool area are lovely and well maintained. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

The room scheduling issue caused staying in a room with two twin beds for a night instead of our booked king bed. But the hotel gave free breakfast for the duration of our stay to make it up and it turned out well after all.

It was a good hotel overall. Friendly staffs. Room cleanness - opened bag of pepperoni was left in the freezer. Amenities- no hot tub. Change room - need an update. only one shower and hair dryer was broken. It was a good hotel overall but I wouldn’t return.

We consider that this hotel has the best location. Very close to the park, downtown shops and Chinatown. The pool and sauna area are spectacular. The breakfast was a bit ‘touristy’ quality wise, I’ve had more refined breakfasts at other Westin properties.

Great location in downtown Calgary. Absolutely no problem walking out the main doors and grabbing one of the 3 or so taxis waiting. Staff is very courteous and prompt. Well kept room. Will definitely stay there next time I'm in the city.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I forgot an item in the room but the front desk were very helpful to make sure that I got my item at the airport safely so I don’t miss my flight. Was at the hotel for a conference. My stay was great. Good food and the comfort was👌
