Oh my gosh, we had the best night here! We just stayed one night and unfortunately got in super late because our flight was delayed but I was able to update our estimated arrival
Time easily with the Marriott bonvoy app. The best was the MOST comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel EVER. The gym was also incredible!! Lots of new high quality machines and even theraguns! After the gym, we used the rooftop pool and sauna which was STUNNING and we had it all to ourselves. The signature white tea scented items in the hotel were lovely as well. We did not want to leave!

The staff were absolutely wonderful! Room was a little tight but clean, well-maintained and quiet. The Pool was a hightlight; beautiful design and so serene. Lovely stay.

We really loved it. The staff and service were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and easy to get around. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would definitely recommend and hope to return to!

The rooms and hallways smell sort of musty and smoky, our room was extremely loud at night- we had to keep the window open for fresh air and there were very loud clubs and traffic outside the room.
We chose this hotel solely because of the new sauna and when we checked in they told us it (the door) was broken so we couldn’t use it which was very disappointing. On our last of our three day stay we decided to try the pool only to find out the sauna was working and had been for two days now, would have been nice to have been informed of this

My kids loved the pool! I loved the location! Walkable to Stephen Ave which was so much fun! Also close to public transportation and a short 15 min walk to the Calgary Tower! The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived WAY early and decided to stop in to see if our room was ready and it WAS! It was so nice to be able to unpack and get situated before exploring downtown Calgary!
