Lovely little hotel in the heart of London

Easy walk from Paddington Station. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast. Not a full buffet but meat and cheese a few cereals couple of drinks. Negative was no A/C.

Excellent for a short stay. Was very handy to both overground and underground stations. Rooms were just a little on the small side but comfortable enough if you are only there to sleep at night. Breakfast was provided but not of the best quality. It would have been nice to have had a smile at the front desk but they were helpful though. Recommend for price and location.

I stayed at this property for one night and encountered multiple serious breaches of basic hospitality and health standards. The fourth-floor room possessed a broken window security lock that was completely off its hinge, leaving the room insecure. A fire extinguisher wall-fitting in the corridor was loose and unmaintained. The room itself was deeply unclean, featuring a heavily stained mattress and an accumulation of old grime inside the kettle. Furthermore, advertised core amenities were completely unavailable. The in-room safe was locked shut and inaccessible, and the Wi-Fi repeatedly disconnected and cut off during peak hours. The lift was only labelled out of order on certain floors, which posed a clear and obvious risk to safety. When raised with management at checkout, they were completely unhelpful and demanded time for an investigation, despite being shown photos of all the above issues. The manager suggested that I should have complained at 11pm the night before so they could investigate and (potentially) offer a resolution. The booking platform then, similarly, failed repeatedly to enforce basic consumer rights. Prospective guests should check alternative public review platforms to note the wider, systemic reports of active pest (mouse) infestations, lack of hygiene, and security issues on these premises before booking. Unacceptable standards, however "proud" and "confident" the manager is of his operation.

The night staff was most helpful. What they promised was not performed by day staff.

Great location, close to underground, rail and bus. Perfect location for exploring London and getting to the airport. The rooms are small but that’s reflected in the price. Good breakfast.

Great place to stay. Neat and tidy. Easy access to Paddington station and Hyde park. Also plenty of places close by for a meal.

The hotel is well placed near Paddington Station and has a nearby restaurant worth visiting. The breakfast is good and the room is well cleaned.

There were beer boxes and trash underneath the bed

Fick rum 340 som låg uppför en brant trappa. För många hade det varit en omöjlighet att få upp sin väska dit. Skam att de tar lika mycket betalt för sådana rum och inte heller frågar om det är ok att tilldela en gäst ett sådant rum. Ingen AC och varmt. Fönstret gick i te att öppna helt. Flera hårstrån i ängen vid ankomst.
