Room not clean, bed smells like sweat, duvet cover, Wifi down most of the evening..

Great location; just several blocks from Paddington. Only problem rooms not soundproof I could the next room taking all night

Konumu iyi. Paddington tren istasyonuna çok yakın. Orada market var. Çarşaflarda bir kaç kıl gördüm. Bir de tuhaf kokuyordu. Tuvalette havalandırma çalışmıyor. Sabahın köründe gürültü oldu hep, hiç uyuyamadık. Bir de sürekli sigara kokusu geldi. Sabah kahvaltısı zayıf ve çok erken bitiyor.

O hotel está bem localizado a uma quadra da estação Paddington, que é uma das mais bem servidas por transporte público de Londres, especialmente para quem vai ou vem do aeroporto de Heathrow. Por fora é um edifício bonito, típico inglês, mas por dentro é bem simples. O quarto é pequeno, com mobiliário simples, e o café da manhã extremamente básico (sem suco natural, apenas do tipo Tang). É um hotel bem mais econômico então não espere muito conforto. O maior ponto de atenção é a parte de depósito da mala. Vc deixa perto da recepção e não há controle nenhum. Qualquer um pode pegar sua mala. Isso o hotel deveria oferecer um lugar fechado e etiquetas de controle como qualquer estabelecimento faz.

My room was next to another that was being renovated, so there was construction noise throughout the day. Internet access stopped each night. Very outdated and musty smelling.

Clean room and comfy bed , enough tea and coffee facility’s and pleasant staff. Breakfast is ok , just a bit manic in the breakfast area due to the lay out of it , it’s all laid out on the way into the breakfast room where is the narrowest . always people in the way .

Clean room, comfy beds, good shower. Close to where we were visiting. Disappointed with breakfast limited choice of ham cheese chicken n egggs. Cereal n toast

Close to Paddington. Clean and tidy. Has a lift. Continental breakfast good. Powerful wall fan.

There was noisy renovation work at few feet from the bedroom. My pregnant daughter and I wanted to take a nap as we just arrived from Montreal. And in the morning, same thing! Noisy renovation near our bedroom door… We were also clearly hearing the other clients talking and walking. Except for the noise, everything was fine.

Room was very good very spacious Was warm and had everything we needed for our loondon stay .. would stay again for price .. 4 adults in room

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. It doesn’t even deserve one star. Below are the issues I experienced during my stay: 1) A major disturbance occurred between approximately 2:45 a.m. and 4:30 a.m. on November 20. 2) During this time, 3–5 guests were involved in loud arguments and what appeared to be a physical altercation directly outside my hotel room. My door was kicked, and I was extremely frightened. I was staying alone, which made the situation even more unsettling for the remainder of the night. 3) The police became involved, highlighting the seriousness of the situation. 4) When the disturbance began, I attempted to contact the hotel reception multiple times, but no one answered, and no assistance was provided. 5) As a result, I was unable to sleep for the rest of the night. 6) At checkout, the receptionist was unprofessional and impolite. He did not ask about my stay, nor did he acknowledge or apologize for what had happened. 7) Most disappointing of all, Alexandra Hotel refused to refund my one-night stay, stating that the “current rules and restrictions for your booking apply,” which I assume refers to the booking being non-refundable. However, the hotel failed to provide a safe environment, acted irresponsibly, and let the customer down. I found their response rude and completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room is spacious, clean & near to the attraction. The staff were hospitable. Very nice experience..
