Great place for a short stay. From the staff to the rooms, everything was good. For the price, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I stayed for a week and had a very pleasant experience.
There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. It’s also about a 15–20 minute walk to Big Ben, and roughly the same distance to Buckingham Palace, which is very convenient.
5 stars for this hotel. Just keep in mind that it’s a small hotel, so the rooms are compact — but perfectly comfortable for a short stay.
Would definitely stay here again.

The room was so filthy! Hair in the bed, tissue on the floor, etc. They changed my room but the new one was still old, dirty, and walls so thin I could have transcribed the neighbours' conversations! Noise until about 3am, woke up at 7, showered in the filthiest of shared bathroom you've ever seen and went to another hotel. Lost a night but never mind, this was not of acceptable standard. How they still have their 2 stars is a mystery to me!

櫃檯人員十分親切，很多服務詢問後都會協助。但房間與浴室非常小，一次只能讓一個行李箱攤開。但是離維多利亞車站非常近，走路5分鐘即可到達，靠近餐廳、超市，方便的地方。

The double room is really really small that 2 people literally shuffle around . The shower cubicle is best suited to ‘smaller people’ only given 2 towels for the duration of our stay. The bedroom carpet was torn. We arrived for 3pm so we could check in immediately. The room was not ready so we had to wait around in a cramped reception area.

Fantastisk beliggenhed 10 min gang fra Victoria St. Ringe service. Rengøringspersonalet lod vores vindue i stueplan stå åbent. TV uden en fjernbetjening, som ikke kunne fremskaffes. Hårtørrer uden varme. Vi måtte bede om extra håndklæder og toiletpapir.

No han limpiado la habitación en los tres días de estancia, no me han dado la habitación que correspondía. Yo pagé 300 por una habitación grande pero me dieron una pequeña. Deja mucho que desear pero al menos el personal es bueno. 😟

Location was perfect for walking distance to the theatre, reassurance and shops. The room was clean & spacious. The only issue was the room was on the top floor and the stairs were very steep & narrow. Something I should have checked with prior to booking.

The check-in was delayed two times due to ”the cleaners being sick”. No apologies from the staff.
The mini-fridge was not working.
No cleaning during the entire stay and we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper.
Wifi was not working properly!
