Das Zimmer weicht von dem dargestellten Bild ziemlich ab, da kein Fenster jeglicher Art im Zimmer war und es insgesamt auch eher dreckig war. (Die Decke und Wände des Zimmers hatten dunkle Flecken und das Bad war ebenfalls eher grob gesäubert.) Des Weiteren war das Zimmer nicht wirklich isoliert, sodass man andere Gäste, welche sich auf dem Flur befanden, ziemlich klar zu hören waren. An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es genügend, wenn man von der Victoria Station zum Hotel gelaufen ist.

I would recommend! It was super close to the train station and the 24 bus which takes you to the big ben and soho. The room was small and not in super clean condition but it was definitely worth the cost. Room has a fridge which was super nice and is right around the corner of a grocery store and lots of restaurants!

Very compact room with the basics in a great location just a few minutes from Victoria Station

The lady behind reception was lovely. I booked the cheapest single room for a quick overnight stay, however it wasn’t really a room, it was more like a cupboard behind reception. The wall was very thin and I could hear everyone coming in and out and the phone ringing like it was in my room. The bed wasn’t really made (the under sheet was just thrown on and not made properly), there were dirty earbuds on the floor and there was a window above the door that I couldn’t cover up (no curtain to close, just a window straight out to the lit hall with the lightbulb right outside). I had to ask the lady behind reception to turn the light in the hallway off so that I could go to sleep. The tv in the room didn’t work, but it did keep turning itself on throughout the night waking me up with the light. When I first came in, it was turned on a set to Babestation. The shared toilet had a constant massive puddle on the floor that you had to stand in, to use the loo and the shared shower was so dirty I couldn’t use it. Sodden towels on the floor and used/empty bottles and wrappers everywhere. Not a comfortable stay at all. I had to leave as soon as I woke up and showered/used a restroom elsewhere. I didn’t complain as I figured I’d booked a £45 room but still, regardless of that, I’ve had cheap rooms elsewhere and this was a terrible stay that I wouldn’t book again.

Love the location. Near transport and lots of restaurants. The hotel itself was pretty basic. The room was tiny and not the cleanest. Good for a short term stay if you just need a bed for the night.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage & ist gut angebunden, sowie recht günstig für die Lage. Bei einem Einzelzimmer ohne Fenster hätte ich mir jedoch wenigstens eine Lüftung im Zimmer gewünscht. Stattdessen gab es einen Ventilator und ich musste für frische Luft die Tür offen stehen lassen. Auch hätte ich mir mehr Hinweise bei der Buchung auf ein Gemeinschaftsbad gewünscht.

I thought this was a very reasonably priced hotel considering it is literally 5 mins walk from Victoria! Room was fine - memory foam mattress meant a good night's sleep. Shower was nice and powerful, there was a fridge and a tv so overall I was happy. Only very slight thing was there didn't seem to be a remote for the tv but that was a minor thing.

We were upgraded to Apartment and a lot bigger than the regular room where we can cook food.

The staff was friendly and was not hesitate to provide additional bath towels and coffee cups when being asked. The room we stayed was too small.

The property is old but decent. Our fridge was not working but they were able fix it. FYI that not all rooms have a private bathroom and shower so you will need to share a common bathroom. The one downstairs only has one toilet and shower. There was also one bathroom by the reception desk that just had a toilet. No elevators and the stairs are pretty narrow and steep so it would not be good for elderly people or those with balance issues. Large bags could be difficult to carry up/down the stairs as well. Other than that, the hotel is in a walkable area. Lots of different restaurants around the corner as well as a nice Sainsbury’s grocery store. Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station are both close enough to walk to as is the Hop On / Hop Off bus we had booked. Overall, a good stay near everything we needed to get to without a car.

The only think going for this hotel is location very old property with minimal upgrade or improvements. Staff rude and unhelpful. The only good reviews would be from the family sitting in the entrance daily eating. Checked out after 8 nights, sheets / towels meant to be changed after 5 days, this did not occur. TV kept playing up and did not receive all Channels. Very poor hotel. Small as expected in London however there was no quality service provided.

The picture on your website is so deceiving. The room is small and no air condition. It only has dirty electric fan. Instead of staying for 2 nights, we left on the second night because due illness.

Le séjour était excellent, le service du personnel de l'hôtel excellent, la chambre rien a dire. Très calme et idéalement situé. Proximité des transports et autres commodités.

The service was very poor, the place was very dirty, the room was extremely small and dirty, and even had a dirty coffee cup that someone else had drunk. The reception staff yells, receives people from their circle, and talks until late, preventing guests from sleeping. They also smoke in the reception area. My room had no windows, and I almost got cigarette smoke poisoning. They don't clean the room either, and the shared bathroom is filthy.
