Extremely small room, if you talk please avoid. No window to outside. Corridor smells badly due to drainage. toilet & shower not clean. Rude staff in particular the one that was in morning duty. Power cut for in hour in room too

Nice place bit dated carpet needs attention but good for the price very close to amenities stones throw away from main attractions nice pint in prince of wales pub on corner of the street 👍

Very dirty rooms… if u are travelling as a family: DO NOT order a family room! The family rooms are so small that you just barely can see the floor, so there is absolutely no space for luggage/a single suitcase!

Checkín una hora después de lo previsto, no había agua caliente, nos dieron 2 camas individuales en vez de 1 matrimonial. Dejaron la.habitacion abierta con nustras cosas.luego de que reclamamos que no hanian hecho la limpieza diaria. Estuvimos 3 boches No hacen la limpieza sino avisas. La verdad la peor estadia que hemos reservado por esta aplicacion Los recepcionistas no hablabam español , en la descripcion decia que si lo hacian. Tampoco italiano o portugues. La sabanoas y toallas no estaban limpias no olian a perfume a jabon.no hay ascensor por lo tanto escucho a cada viajero sibir u bajar escalon por escalon con su maleta. No volveriamos. Ni siquiera dicen bbuenos dias o buenas tardes, demasiado mal educados es mas cuando fuimos el resepcuonista estaba acostado del otro lado del mostrador y no siquiera movio un dedo para rescibir la tarjeta de la habitación que por cierto funcionaba cuando queria y habia que pedirles que la respetarán

For the room I got, which was the last affordable room, it was ok. It was very compact and a little cramp though. With the shared bathroom, they really need a sliding door or something because there's a glass wall that only covers half the shower and you need to use the squeegee to sweep the water towards the drain so it doesn’t go towards the sink and toilet. The Victoria area was very nice. I highly recommend the Prince Of Wales pub on the corner near the hotel.

I was fully satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, staff were nice and accommodating was nice! The room was a bit small but for the price I paid, it was perfect. Keep in mind that

Single room in former coal hole in basement (only tiny window on to corridor) was acceptable in terms of decor and bed comfort was actually very good but had no hand basin, which was a bit of an issue when I needed to use the shared toilet/bathroom urgently and it was full with another user for over half an hour. Eventually It turned out there was another shared toilet upstairs but that was also not available due to being cleaned.

Property was good the room was a bit small when I lay in bed my head and feet was touching each side of the wall my WiFi didmt work but other than that it was okay

The staff were pretty rude and when I was checking out the receptionist was sleeping at the desk and I had to wake them up. To be clear there were feet up, no shoes on with a blanket asleep not that they nodded off.

Horrendous place! The pictures are inaccurate, the lobby is just a tall desk with 2 seats , filthy dirty. Wasn’t told it was a shared bathroom, and was told contact whoever you booked it with, not their fault. The room was in the basement and what would have probably been a cellar, no windows, but also no air-con, the room was rediculously tiny, TV didn’t work and just a fan. It stank, the carpets were all torn ripped, and just floor mats to cover dangerous drainage pipes. Yes there is a budget but this is hostel style living. Came back to my in the afternoon after work and the room hadn’t been made, I asked at reception why not and was told I should have told them in the morning if I wanted my room cleaning???? In short to some it up: The staff were rude and not bothered about the guests. The rooms were old and battered, but in a basement. The decor is old and decrepit, but again it will for tourists on a budget. Do NOT judge this hotel on the photos, taken from exceptional angles and probably not real.
