Great place for a short stay. From the staff to the rooms, everything was good. For the price, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I stayed for a week and had a very pleasant experience.
There are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby. It’s also about a 15–20 minute walk to Big Ben, and roughly the same distance to Buckingham Palace, which is very convenient.
5 stars for this hotel. Just keep in mind that it’s a small hotel, so the rooms are compact — but perfectly comfortable for a short stay.
Would definitely stay here again.

The room was so filthy! Hair in the bed, tissue on the floor, etc. They changed my room but the new one was still old, dirty, and walls so thin I could have transcribed the neighbours' conversations! Noise until about 3am, woke up at 7, showered in the filthiest of shared bathroom you've ever seen and went to another hotel. Lost a night but never mind, this was not of acceptable standard. How they still have their 2 stars is a mystery to me!

The check-in was delayed two times due to ”the cleaners being sick”. No apologies from the staff.
The mini-fridge was not working.
No cleaning during the entire stay and we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper.
Wifi was not working properly!

O chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar a agua, e teve 1 dia que nem agua quente tinha, quarto não condiz com as fotos, bem mais velho, paredes descascadas, cheiro forte, a roupa de cama estava suja, com manchas.
Sinceramente acho que falta organização para entregar uma qualidade melhor de serviço, viajei por 5 paises e fiquei em varios hoteis e esse foi o unico que me deu problemas.
