DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford-upon-Avon

I stayed this hotel for one night on 14 Oct, everything was fine at the benning, since it was a bit cold on that day, so I turned on the a/c to 23 degree for heating up the room and it was really good to me and my wife for going to bed, however, when we were in deep sleep condition while we were waked up around 3 AM in the morning by a freezing temperature at 17 degree shown in the a/c controller. we finally could not go back to sleep even though we had adjusted the controller back to 23 degree. Very disappointed !

Staff were lovely, informative, friendly etc clean throughout.

The room was spacious, well-equipped, with a good bath/shower. Shampoo, conditioner, handwash and shower gel handily available. Didn’t ask much of the staff, but the receptionist was helpful.

Room was very clean and comfortable. All staff were pleasant and friendly. Bar area was nice and drinks very reasonable. Parking is easy but hadn’t realised there was a fee to park.

The hotel is clean and spacious throughout. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so kind, considerate and attentive when one of our party was unwell.

Everything clean, rooms could do with an update, there were stains on the walls which I feel could be addressed. Staff were helpful and polite and made everything very smooth from check in to check out

Great hotel to visit Stratford upon Avon. Clean room, plenty of space in the King size, quiet and homely. Staff are all very friendly and polite. Dog friendly too. The breakfast is fine and sets you up for the day. The car parking is ample with the bonus of ample EV chargers. Relax in the bar between outings.

The hotel's web site says the restaurant is open every day until 10pm. This turned out not to be accurate, but the reception staff were helpful in pointing out that there were a number of takeaways nearby. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable
