Lovely hotel a short walk to shops/restaurants/tourist attractions

Beautiful, clean hotel. Chloe on reception was helpful, polite and generally wonderful.

Room and facilities were excellent, staff friendly and helpful. However dinner was a disaster, wrong food ordered by the waitress, a starter instead of a main, unsure of food allergy, resulting in one guest being served their meal after the other 5 attendee's had already finished their meals.

Nice hotel within easy walking distance to rail station and town centre. Check in staff were pleasant. I had checked in on the app and wasn’t notified when my room was ready which meant I was hanging around in reception when I could have been in my room. In future I’ll ask at the desk rather than relying on the app. My room was huge! Very comfortable bed and good size bathroom which was spotless. Sound proofing is not great especially when guests show no consideration to others and slam doors and shout to their friends in the corridors. Ear plugs did the trick though!

Check in was slow and the staff member obviously knew. Could’ve done with someone helping her. Room and breakfast very good. Quiet room no noise at night and very good location.

We had a perfect stay, thank you. Absolutely delight that we could bring Ralph our dog with us, great team you have at the hotel.

Loved this place! Great comfortable room and the breakfast was really good! We had a great 2 night stay. We were trying to stay a 3rd night, but, they were full up. It’s clean and overall very nice. We’d definitely stay again! Very close to the sites. Walkable to Shakespeares home And local restaurants and pubs. anrestaurants and pubs. Great
