Clean room offered upgrade on arrival breakfast was great parking sercure but charged £11 per day

Perfect location to walk to most of the tourist sites in Stratford. Staff was absolutely the best from start to finish. Having on site parking available was a huge plus!

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times. Our room was very spacious and clean. The first night we ate in the restaurant and were very surprised that a few items on the menu were not available. The food was however very good and fairly reasonably priced. However we decided to eat in the restaurant on the second night of our stay and the items not available on the first night had doubled. In particular on both nights there was no cheese. As we were a reasonable sized group it was extremely disappointing. The staff were very apologetic.The hotel needs to get their food purchasing sorted. The food available was on the whole good particularly on our first night. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.You had to pay for overnight parking but there were plenty of parking spaces. After driving 100 miles you don’t want to find you cannot find a parking space. Lots of hotels in Stratford seem to suffer with limited parking. The hotel is well situated and only a 10 minute walk at most from the centre of town
