The room is clean and walking distance away from the city Center.

I stayed this hotel for one night on 14 Oct, everything was fine at the benning, since it was a bit cold on that day, so I turned on the a/c to 23 degree for heating up the room and it was really good to me and my wife for going to bed, however, when we were in deep sleep condition while we were waked up around 3 AM in the morning by a freezing temperature at 17 degree shown in the a/c controller. we finally could not go back to sleep even though we had adjusted the controller back to 23 degree. Very disappointed !

great location from where you can easily walk to town centre

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast could have been a bit better but the staff was lovely.

The hotel is very clean and in a good location. The staff are very helpful and polite. The car parking is a little annoying as you have to download an app to pay but as soon as you check in the staff take your car registration and sort it out as they don’t trust the app! Breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food. Our only complaint was the bed was very creaky which is slightly annoying when you sleep next to a restless sleeper. Other than that, all good.

Great staff, friendly and professional. The shame is, in spite of spacious rooms and comfy beds, you can see it is a tired building. The bar shuts at 9.30 so best be out and about, which is easy as there are so many great dining and bar options. Uber works well there too. We would probably stay again but would prefer the building had some investment to address the obvious wear and tear.

The accommodation was excellent, and most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly.

Another good stay here. Convenient walk to the centre. Staff always helpful. Breakfast buffet is good rather than fabulous (continental option is a bit weak). However, no complaints. Parking is good although you do have to pay.

Great location for the town. Gym and parking on site. Nice outdoor space ant front with tables. Overall good hotel happy with my stay.

Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern und (leider recht teuren) Parkplätzen nah an der Altstadt von Stratford. Man kann von hier aus fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden. Im großen Garten kann man entspannen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war ruhig. Das Frühstücksangebot war durchschnittlich, wir mussten immer wieder darauf hinweisen, dass das Buffet leer ist und es dauerte teilweise recht lange, bis nachgelegt wurde.

I stayed overnight and was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Check in was straightforward and my room was clean and tidy. Yo do have to pay for parking but I know that in advance . I would definitely stay again. Great location too!

We loved the hotel itself as it was smart, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good, but we didn't like the fact that the staff cleared away everything on the stroke of 10. We were disappointed that we had to pay £11.50 for parking at the hotel as this had not been made clear when we made the booking. w

The car park fee of £11.00 overnight was extortionate. The bedding did not smell fresh and there was a bad odour in the bed and on pillows. The breakfast was mediocre with alot of the hot food barely warm it was self service.. with only a few slices on the plate of ham and cheese to take. The coffee was not nice either.. All of these things made our stay miserable. We were in room 313 on the top floor with restricted headroom. The window was open as the air con hum quite noisy then at 2amyou hear people arguing in the car park below... we did not get a good nights sleep!!! Not worth the money and certainly won't stay there again!

Staff friendly and polite, couldn't fault the hotel especially the A/C in the current heatwave.
