客房的浴室係同類酒店見過最好，熱水非常之好，暖風充足；床褥舒適睡醒使人疲勞盡消。

整體來說滿意的，房間設備齊全，但沒有雪櫃提供，美中不足，免費早餐提供，一般英式早餐，但款式不多，總括來說，可以接受

Service was great, everywhere in the hotel was clean and tidy apart from my room carpet. There were quite a few stains. Rest of the room and bedding etc was spotless.

The room, done by Ajay, was spotless and comfortable and the reception staff were good. I didn’t see any staff at all at breakfast. The breakfast itself was ok, but not special.

We had a few problems with the room but these were dealt with. Clean room, beautifully clean and lovely breakfast in the morning. Will stay again.

On arrival the receptionist told me that my card had been declined, and asked me for another card to pay. I felt sure that I had paid at the time of booking but, I’d just walked from the station in the rain, and was a bit hassled, so I paid and went up to my room. Then I checked my Expedia app, which showed that I had indeed paid at the time of booking, I also checked my card statement, which too confirmed that I had paid. So I called down to reception and told them, the lady said it must have been a mistake, and said it will be refunded. Is this a scam they’re pulling? Also, breakfast was dreadful. The “hot” options were cold and poor quality. The only hot options were bacon, sausage, hash brown and scrambled egg. No other egg choices, no beans, no tomatoes, no mushrooms…

Room was clean only set out for 1[ towel and tea bag ]. Lucy on reception was excellent for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was very good. Thought £20 a night parking a bit steep but £100/night for 2 including breakfast overall very good. Tea bags and towels sorted next morning. Location central would recommend and would use again

The bed was noisy to sit on let alone sleep in all night. Where are standards? We left 2 hours after checking in, I should not have to come and tell you that a bed is unacceptable to sleep in 5th floor room 505 - absolutely not a chance

Room was very clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast pretty good- loved the waffle machine. Great value for money for location and lovely staff. On two things I noticed to improve upon: Scrambled eggs were a bit grim and the room corridor/lift is really loud from room 1005 so you can hear people chatting/walking in the early hours.

No door in showing area, showing water was run out in bathroom floor. This was not enough space for guest to go in/out from the bed side which near bathroom. Please adjust the above facilities.

Lovely hotel , nice room , very good breakfast and although a limited menu the food was excellent. Most of all the staff were amazing , nothing was too much trouble , friendly kind and efficient. The downside was how cold it was in the dining area. Will definitely return.

Great vegan breakfast, great vegan sausages.

Very clean and efficient hotel well worth the money. Parking is not worth it as there is on street parking around the hotel which is no where near as expensive. Staff were excellent, room was spotless, bathroom was super cleana nd shwer was nice.

Room had its problem light that could not be switched off. Bedside table was in a dangerous position had to put pillow by it in case I banged my head on its edge, during the night.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was fresh and clean. Breakfast very tasteful.

Excellent service from all staff right from our check-in, nothing was too much trouble. Good size room with everything we needed Clean and tidy, housekeeping were excellent
