Hampton by Hilton Leeds City Centre

주차료에 대해서 5파운드를 환불해주기로 했지만 차일피일 미루며 체크아웃시에 다시 물으니 집에 가면 환불되어 있을거라고 하며 가라고 했다. 나오자마자 예약사이트를 통해 다시 문의하니 환불에 대해서 모른다는 답변. 직원에게 대단한 서비스를 요구하는것도 아니고 그럴 정도 가격대의 호텔도 아니지만 고객을 매우 성의없게 대하는 한결같은 모든 직원들의 태도에 매우 놀랐다. 요즘에도 이런 호텔이 있다니 호텔체인 이름을 빼는게 나을듯

1st parking @ £20 night bit excessive. Said we coud check in 15 minutes early but would charge us £15.( our room was already avaliable). Breakast was not that good probably because only see 1 person working. I have stayed in this hotel many times before. Will not stay there again.

Overall, very dated decor. The main reception area is the only place I would say has been modernised. Aircon didn't work in the room, which wasn't great on a 28° day, mattress was spring so quite cheap and not that comfortable. Pillows and duvet were okay though. No where was dirty necessarily, but due to needing an uplift, there were scuffs and marks on almost every surface and the carpets looked older than me. Car park and drinks quite expensive but at least the car park is moderately secure. Unusually strict about the 3pm check-in despite it not being busy at all in the hotel during our stay. Breakfast being included is fine, not amazing but did the job.

As a basic hotel it did the job somewhere to rest your head. Although, the mattress was below the side cabinet top surface which had sharp corners and made sleeping uncomfortable, as I felt as if I was going to hit my head on it during sleeping. Air conditioning unit didn’t work well and they had already put in a fan!! Breakfast was included which was basic and wasn’t The best, so pleased it was masked as included rather than paying extra. The staff were brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly (Lucas) . Overall, I rate this as a 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very clean, comfortable bed, efficient hot breakfast, we were in a very quiet room so it was perky for us, and good value too for being close to where we were going in Leeds.

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast needs to be improved. I stayed for 2 days. First breakfast, there were flies around the yoghurt/fruit/ and there were no pastries despite the signage. Second breakfast, the flies were still there around the yoghurts and fruit and pastries, and there were no eggs available. The apple juice was lukewarm. I didn't feel comfortable eating anything. I also only booked this hotel because they had a gym facility but the gym was also not in action. It would have been great to know this before booking.

Dissapointed wasnt notified the gym was under refurbishment ,one of reasons we chose here because of having a gym!! Reception staff very good ,supplied with fan ,fixed sink.breakfast good choice .and as included in hotel room price was better value.. will look for offers as require 10 day stay next time .

Kitchen ran out of eggs and beans during breakfast which was a little disappointing

Gym was having a refurb so was closed at the time of my visit - that was the only downside. Everything else was perfect.

Great breakfast great value, if just a little bit out of the city centre not a problem if the weather hadn’t been so hot

No water pressure in the hotel whatsoever! We were on the third floor (2xfamily room) and neither room had pressure. We realised this was a bigger issue with the long queues at reception and many people complaining. When we asked for support the hotel staff were dismissive and said there is nothing they can do. The food at breakfast was basic and not replenished in good time. The hotel knew of the issue prior to our arrival, I would have preferred to have been informed and given the option of a refund! Not good Hampton Hilton

Good, clean hotel with parking, not too far from Leeds City Centre. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

bathroom shower is nightmare, after shower - the whole bathroom floor all wet & slippery. That definitely have to improve for everyone can use it safe, I know that room is accessible room. Hope something have to be done in future.

The hotel is in an ideal location for the city of Leeds, well within walking distance. Nice and clean and very functional.
