Bed is ok

Var veldig gammelt, ingen heis, trangt, luktet, gamle møbler, dårlige senger, nesten ingen trykk i dusj. Frokost var et stykke unna hvor vi fikk servert 1 overstekt egg med nesten en pakke bacon med 2 brødskiver. Vi måtte itillegg betale 5 pund for en flaske vann.

Clean room, easy check in

La habitación estaba limpia, quizá no está céntrico pero mucho mejor que otros hoteles que están en el centro, a fuera hay muchas paradas para el autobús entonces está perfecto

Very pleasant chap on reception and helpful, nice size room, good size shower too, all clean and nicely maintained, bed comfy and warm room, happily stay again

The room was perfect for an overnight stay, if a little dated.

We were on 4th floor and we have to carry our luggage and one friend have hip problem so very difficult for her. Pillows need changing as its clump and same with Duvet. Bathroom dont have towel on the floor to keep dry when bathing. The place is very accessible to transport I must say.

Great value for money

The photo showed on the website is totally different than actual property. Along with we have booked 2 double bedrooms wereas we were given 1 double bed and 1 single bedroom. Which is totally unacceptable and a scam to me. The washbasin was clogging alot while washing the face. Its not a property worth £65. Waste of money.

Great place to stay in a great part of London, easy to get into the city centre and walkable to Shepherd's Bush Market tube station. The room was good, not too much noise from the road outside and parking is secure and well priced. Easy check in and staff were great, will use again for sure.

Conveniently next to some bus stops and a busy street. Small reception, budget friendly but small rooms. My double didnt look like the pictures and the bed was missing slats. The mattress was cheap and uncomfortable and the tv located in a far corner so difficult to watch - couple.of weird office style chairs also. Heating unable to be turned off and wallpaper / paint needing some maintenance. BUT for the price paid, it was ok for a night. Next door to a decent pub which does food etc. Would return if on my own and in West London.

There were shops nearby and it was clean

This is a decent, affordable place to stay. It's not plush by any standards but it has everything you need, our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. There is no bar or restaurant but they have an arrangement with a local restaurant, where you can get breakfast, and there is room service provided by one of the hotel's partners. It's on the corner of Uxbridge Road and Askew Road, close to several pubs and restaurants and walking distance to Hammersmith. Will likely return.

Cheap and cheerful
