Nice place to stay, everything is good but only air cooler(not air conditioner)

This is the worst hotel ever in my life.I booked 5 day here in Room 353.On day 4 at noon ,one blonde hair staff knock my room door twice time and told me is time to check out(Impolite attitude).I suppose that she want cleaning my room so i reply her’ok wait few second ‘,then i change clothes and ready go out during the other short hair cleaner knock door and say i need check out again.Then i reply her i have booked 5 days,why i need to do that and prove it my booking information.after that she just say “oh is mistake ,you can go back to sleep”. Two staff haven’t any apology to me and go back their job as usual.I wonder why i had pay £485 for living then give me unprofessional service,my room hygiene is awful ,toilet have some silverfish, and cleaning not completely, never refill shower gel. When i check in first day at noght ,the front desk guy just give me key card and room no. no more presentation to me. Breakfast slightly better hostel(fruit and croissants )but not worth it £8.5.Overall to say, I highly not recommend live in this awful Hotel. Expensive but mess up my trip.

Good location near O2 Academy if you want to go to concert but room is tiny and bathroom toilet is so small.

No kettle in the room,has to go down the ground floor each time,

訂了3人房和2人房，3人房的空間比2人房小，2間房間洗手盤位置有嚴重渠臭，3人房上格床連床單也沒有舖，要自己動手舖床。 早餐只有muffins和牛角酥，咖啡奶茶，超簡單。 總體而言，不建議入住。

Stayed there with friends for a concert and it was perfect for us, rooms are small but its just somewhere to sleep so it was absolutely fine! The staff were very helpful! Cheap as chips for 2 rooms less than 60 quid between 5 of us!! And a tenner for parking overnight! Can't go wrong, if we are ever going to Birmingham again this is where we will be staying! Oh and only a short walk to China Town and gay village which we loved!!!

Budget hotel with friendly staff. Room was small but functional and importantly clean. Shower worked fine, and although a very small bathroom , for the price, this was a pretty decent experience.

I’ll start as the stay went. I had to wait for a car park space as a car was leaving this was good as I didn’t want to leave my car in a pubic car park. ( the car park is half the normal amount due to some sort of work ) Booking in was good parking is first come first served The room is fine for the price. I was disappointed there are cigarettes burns on the floor. The room is ok the light switches had a mind of there own switching on and off. Shower had two temperature super hot or super cold My aircon didn’t seem to work I decided to stay an extra night and I got this sorted with out any issues. Staff very nice and helpful Overall for the money I definitely stay here again it’s just a room to get your head down.

Firstly I’d say, the staff were lovely. Check-in was easy and they were very friendly and polite. Downhill from there. I’d say I’ve stayed a quite a variety of hotels in my time of all budgets. This felt like I was staying in a supply cupboard in an office. The window was slightly bigger than a cat flap. The sink was in the room like a prison cell, the toilet in a little cupboard and as for the shower, it was an introduction to what my final resting place may feel like. If you’re claustrophobic don’t even bother. Air conditioning didn’t work - it was the hottest day of the year. Not that it wasn’t blowing cold, it wasn’t blowing at all. So in combination of the weather, the cat flap window and lack of AC, sleeping in there would have been comfier with a serial killer with a fetish for breath play. I dunno, even though this was a budget hotel, I still kinda hoped there would be at least a bottle of water. Naa, just two paper cups to fill at your prison cell sink. Didn’t take any pictures as they would have been ugly enough to ruin my phone camera. 10/10 will avoid like the plague.

If you’re relying on laundry that it SAYS they have, they don’t have any. They tell you to walk down the street. And they did not care that they say they have laundry facilities on Expedia. Also the elevator was broken when we were there and there was a huge line to go up.

For the price, I am definitely pleased. Clean and efficient, and I had a quiet night's sleep.

Small and busy parking lot, no fried food for the continental breakfast, very cold rooms, and worst of all you could hear a lot of the plumbing movement in the walls and under the sink. Don't recommend.

Great hotel near Chinatown and the gay village and literally a 30 second walk from the O2 academy which is why we were there Great hotel great staff highly recommended

It's a great location, easy walking distance from New Street. The room was.quite small but perfect for a solo traveller for one night. It was clean and functional, with a toilet and shower. The bed was comfy (fairly hard mattress which I prefer). No complaints at all, it's great as a cheap option if you're in town for an event.
