ibis budget Birmingham Centre

This is the worst hotel ever in my life.I booked 5 day here in Room 353.On day 4 at noon ,one blonde hair staff knock my room door twice time and told me is time to check out(Impolite attitude).I suppose that she want cleaning my room so i reply her’ok wait few second ‘,then i change clothes and ready go out during the other short hair cleaner knock door and say i need check out again.Then i reply her i have booked 5 days,why i need to do that and prove it my booking information.after that she just say “oh is mistake ,you can go back to sleep”. Two staff haven’t any apology to me and go back their job as usual.I wonder why i had pay £485 for living then give me unprofessional service,my room hygiene is awful ,toilet have some silverfish, and cleaning not completely, never refill shower gel. When i check in first day at noght ,the front desk guy just give me key card and room no. no more presentation to me. Breakfast slightly better hostel(fruit and croissants )but not worth it £8.5.Overall to say, I highly not recommend live in this awful Hotel. Expensive but mess up my trip.

Good location near O2 Academy if you want to go to concert but room is tiny and bathroom toilet is so small.

No kettle in the room,has to go down the ground floor each time,

訂了3人房和2人房，3人房的空間比2人房小，2間房間洗手盤位置有嚴重渠臭，3人房上格床連床單也沒有舖，要自己動手舖床。 早餐只有muffins和牛角酥，咖啡奶茶，超簡單。 總體而言，不建議入住。

Du finner ingenting billigere enn dette, og ut i fra prisen svarer det til forventningene. Vi hadde to opphold, med tre rom fordelt på hhv 2 og 1 natt. Det ene rommet hadde ikke varmt vann i dusjen. Litt trangt, og harde senger, men ellers helt greit. Dårlig utvalg på frokost.

Hotel is a dump. Undesirables outside. Hotel worn and grubby. With so many cctv cameras everywhere does not give you confidence of safety. Room too hot. Hotel advertised with air conditioning when it’s not. Room too noisy with window open. Can hear every footstep in the hallway. Can here neighbour run tap and flush toilet. Left after a few hours and went to a proper hotel.

I've previously stayed at the Ibis Budget. It's a good hotel and a practical base for me for working in the city. I had a comfortable stay with a nice, bright, clean room, a shower that worked well and a bed that gave a good sleep. The breakfast was sufficient but it lacked any typical British cooked breakfast elements (sausages, bacon, eggs, cooked tomatoes or mushrooms etc) which was a bit disappointing. However, I was able to get a reasonable start to the day for a reasonable cost.

Room was clean. Excellent for the price.
