Stayed here many times but under refurbishment at the moment - car park half full of contractors and containers - work in some areas so not as clean as before.

To be honest I wasn’t expecting much with it being a budget hotel but it was clean and tidy and well presented with all the amenities that were needed. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful which provided a great stay in Birmingham

Bunk bed wasn’t spread. Had to spread duvet and sheets myself. Sticky substance on flooring outside of shower room. Toilet roll was already in use from previous guest and almost finishing. Mattress extremely hard and comfortable. Did not have goods nights sleep
