Clean room, Friendly staff, Good parking

Du finner ingenting billigere enn dette, og ut i fra prisen svarer det til forventningene. Vi hadde to opphold, med tre rom fordelt på hhv 2 og 1 natt. Det ene rommet hadde ikke varmt vann i dusjen. Litt trangt, og harde senger, men ellers helt greit. Dårlig utvalg på frokost.

Hotel is a dump. Undesirables outside. Hotel worn and grubby. With so many cctv cameras everywhere does not give you confidence of safety. Room too hot. Hotel advertised with air conditioning when it’s not. Room too noisy with window open. Can hear every footstep in the hallway. Can here neighbour run tap and flush toilet. Left after a few hours and went to a proper hotel.

I've previously stayed at the Ibis Budget. It's a good hotel and a practical base for me for working in the city. I had a comfortable stay with a nice, bright, clean room, a shower that worked well and a bed that gave a good sleep. The breakfast was sufficient but it lacked any typical British cooked breakfast elements (sausages, bacon, eggs, cooked tomatoes or mushrooms etc) which was a bit disappointing. However, I was able to get a reasonable start to the day for a reasonable cost.

Clean , tidy room with a nice view of the city centre.

Very basic but clean and presentable and staff were great. Only downside no kettle. Only paid £42 on 19th Dec (the real Black Friday) so for the cost good would’ve been better if the kettle had been included.

Reception was very professional - just book a car space well in advance! Room was basic but functional and the bed very comfortable (Although pillows were too flat and un-padded, and the road noise too loud due to poor window sound proofing, improvements are being carried out so hopefully will address)

Clean room, friendly staff. Ideal location for attending events in birmingham. About 15 mins walk from broad street.

The breakfast was good for a continental one with fresh cheese,ham and salad and pastries , The room was very basic but clean. The room temperature and air quality at night made it difficult to sleep however. Good value for 1-2 nights with good breakfast. Reception staff variably helpful!

Top Sheet when i looked had someone elses blood on it knowing this i coukd not relax so at 04.30am i checked out

Didnt have breakfast so cant comment. Very close to 02 venue, main selling point. is a budget hotel in my opinion! basic. small pod style room

Reception staff very friendly and very helpful, it's the little personal touches that make the difference.

Stayed here many times but under refurbishment at the moment - car park half full of contractors and containers - work in some areas so not as clean as before.
