Stayed here many times but under refurbishment at the moment - car park half full of contractors and containers - work in some areas so not as clean as before.

To be honest I wasn’t expecting much with it being a budget hotel but it was clean and tidy and well presented with all the amenities that were needed. The staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful which provided a great stay in Birmingham

Very basic but clean and presentable and staff were great. Only downside no kettle. Only paid £42 on 19th Dec (the real Black Friday) so for the cost good would’ve been better if the kettle had been included.

Reception was very professional - just book a car space well in advance! Room was basic but functional and the bed very comfortable
(Although pillows were too flat and un-padded, and the road noise too loud due to poor window sound proofing, improvements are being carried out so hopefully will address)

The breakfast was good for a continental one with fresh cheese,ham and salad and pastries ,
The room was very basic but clean. The room temperature and air quality at night made it difficult to sleep however.
Good value for 1-2 nights with good breakfast.

The rooms are sub-par compared to much cheaper Travelodge options. Very ratty and dated. Can’t turn off the lights from bed. Cramped toilet. Shower hot or cold. No middle temp.
