I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the property was quiet, which made for an excellent night’s sleep.
Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and I felt completely safe thanks to the building’s strong security measures. The hotel also offers an on-site restaurant and bar, which was very convenient.
The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the tube station and close to plenty of shopping facilities. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, safety, and convenience, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near tube and overground stations, in central Shepherd’s Bush. Convenient parking and direct entrance to hotel 1st floor via W12 car park around the other side of the block. Would gladly stay again.

I don't know why it offered me a room for disabled person (Room# 420). I guess because of that the room was quite big. View was nice facing Shepherd's Bush station. Strange that shampoo and body soap weren't separated (only one cleaner is available). Also although I requested 2 single beds, the 2 beds were put together as if its a double bed (which makes no sense as 2 single beds is more expensive than double bed).
