냉장고 없는게 제일 아쉬웠어요 화장실 환기가 안되는게 아쉽네요 그거 빼곤 위치도 좋고 깔끔하고 룸컨디션은 좋았어요

런던 숙소 구하기가 쉽지 않아 시내에서 멀리 떨어진 셰퍼드부쉬까지 왔지만 깨끗한 시설과 정말 친절한 스텝 덕분에 즐겁고 안전하게 묵고 갑니다! 참고로 어메니티는 아무것도 없고....ㅠ 매우 심플한 구성입니다만 가격에 비해서는 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 교통편도 편리하고 근처 웨스트필드가 있어 여러모로 편리했습니다.

이 가격대에 이정도 숙소는 없습니다. 깔끔하고 친절합니다. 환풍기가 작동하지 않은 것이 유일한 단점입니다.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the property was quiet, which made for an excellent night’s sleep. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and I felt completely safe thanks to the building’s strong security measures. The hotel also offers an on-site restaurant and bar, which was very convenient. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the tube station and close to plenty of shopping facilities. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, safety, and convenience, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

Buona posizione vicino la metro della central line. Buona colazione anche se avrei preferito piu opzioni di frutta. Pulizia ottima, cortesia del personale.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near tube and overground stations, in central Shepherd’s Bush. Convenient parking and direct entrance to hotel 1st floor via W12 car park around the other side of the block. Would gladly stay again.

AVOID!!! As the director of my business I booked the stay in advance for myself and 5 employees who were working late in the area. When we arrived they said "Two of you will need to share a room as one of the rooms had a toilet that didnt work". No advance warning or email communication about the problem, very poor! In addition this the room was dirty, the ensuite was for someone with disabilities with a rubber wet floor with a hole in the middle smothered with bathroom sealant, raised cushioned toilet and a cushioned seat in the shower. At £244 (Total £1,464.00) a night per person my business has been ripped off!!

Good location but facilities are lacking. I was put in an accessible room with issues in the bathroom - the floor was damaged in the shower, water didn't drain correctly and there was quite a bit of mould around the tiles. The breakfast had a decent selection but there are a limited number of tables.
