ibis London Shepherds Bush - Hammersmith

Stayed for 10 nights. Smooth check-in with Jose. Room is clean with everything you need as a traveller. No fridge, though. Will be back, for sure.

Great service - and a perfect breakfast set up - very efficient

Ibis is a budget hotel chain but lately this location has gotten more expensive especially outside of low season. The rooms don’t have many amenities, but makes an efficient use of its limited size with table space and even a small bench. The staff don’t always refill the soap dispensers, I ended up buying my own from the dollar store. The best part of staying here is the location with lots of shopping nearby as well as easy tube access. The new Elizabeth Line has made getting to the hotel from Heathrow much easier than in the past.

Stayed in this Ibis after a lomg day shopping in the nearby Westfield. Check in was quick, and the staff member on the desk was polite and friendly. We only needed a room for one night so decided to go to the Ibis under the assumption that it would be a basic clean room from a chain hotel, so you know what your getting. Well, we thought we did. We were put into room 320, which is apparently a disability room. Not disabled, but no problem. The room was as bare as a prison cell. It had a bed, a desk, a tiny wardrobe section and thats it. There was a lot of empty floor space like a sofa or something had been removed. The shower room was rusty and dated. The tap constantly ran in the bathroom, and not just a drip but a constant stream. The toilet looked like it was half hanging off the wall, and there was no sink space to store anything. There was a utility cupboard door that wouldnt close, and a few bugs in the room itself. The walls are paper thin with people coming and going most of the night, and the streets outside are lively as expected being in London so you cant really sleep with window open. Wouldnt be a problem but the air conditioning didnt work. Honestly it gets 1 star purely because it was four walls and a roof, but everything else could be improved. Not expecting a 5* stay but I didnt realise Ibis standards were so low.

日本人女2人で6泊しました。水回りが清潔で、フロントのウォーターサーバーにも助けられました。地下鉄、バスが便利で、バス一本でナショナル・ギャラリー近くまで行きます。歩いて5分ほどでロンドンでも大きなショッピングモールがあり、そこで買い物、食事もできて完璧でした。また拙い英語でも笑顔で対応してくれたスタッフさんたちに感謝です。

Unfortunate that the room quality is far from the price charged, light bulbs that do not work well, hair in the shower, beds not very comfortable to my taste….

Rooms were clean. Good food options nearby. Walkable to the mall and underground. Overall a very good location.

Room was tired. Hotel was a bit noisy. Axel on reception was helpful.

The hotel is decently placed, next to a tube station but a good 30 minute tube ride from central London. In terms of value for the room, it was not ideal, though this could have been influenced with the timing of booking the room. The room was clean.

Die Station war nur 5 Minuten entfernt und nebenan gab es ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Essen und shoppen. Kann ich immer wieder empfehlen.

Moderate Zimmer mit sehr nettem Personal, Gegend gut für Ausflüge und Kurztrips. Leider wurde beim Reinigen das Fenster bis zu meiner Rückkehrer spät abends offen gelassen, auch wurde vergessen eine Badezimmer Matte nach dem Reinigen bereit zu legen, bei durchweg glatten Böden erhöhte Verletzungsgefahr. Es gab nur 2 große Handtücher, keine kleinen. Preislich in Ordnung, Zimmer generell von der Ausstattung her in die Jahre gekommen aber akzeptabel. Duschkopf leider locker, Seifenspender defekt. Mit Einschränkungen empfehlenswert.

Ótimo café da manhã e ótima localização. Bem proximo a estação de metro e pontos de onibus, o que facilitou muito a locomoção para os principais pontos da cidade.

We booked breakfast on our first morning. The seating area was very cramped and a few of the choices for hot food were waiting to be replenished. I wasn’t able to have a hot breakfast of my choice sure to this. There was no bread available to toast by the time it did arrive I had finished my breakfast
