Myself and husband stayed for one night whilst visiting our son. We found the hotel in a very convenient location just a short walk to the tube station. The hotel was clean with our double room being ideal for our needs. We happened to be given an accessible room which had a great walk in wet room shower. Although the room has no special frills is fairly sparsely furnished, it had everything needed for a short stay. Tea, coffee etc and kettle. Hanging space for clothes and most of all simple to use air conditioning which was definitely needed as we had 30+degree heat! A reason we also chose this hotel was the ease of parking in the rear public car park where you could access the hotel plus reasonable cost at £25 for 24 hrs which you can add time too, which is payable as you leave the car park . Overall ideal stay , easy access from M4 and would definitely Use again whilst visiting london

Great location for Shepherd’s Bush empire. However aircon did not work, blew hot air. Had to sleep with the window open which made it very noisy.

Good pricing for London, located just outside of Kensington in a quite diverse neighbourhood with many interesting shops. My room was okay, everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower working, which are the most important features. There was a kettle and complimentary coffee/tea. The bathroom had the charm of an airplane toilet cabin and could use a refresher though. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

At Ibis Hotels in London, we had no air conditioning for the first part of our stay despite being told it would be fixed. We had to sleep with the windows open, making it hot and very noisy at night. On a second reservation later in the trip, we did have AC for two nights, which was a relief—but it doesn’t make up for the earlier experience. We are still disputing part of this stay, as the lack of AC significantly impacted our comfort.

Let me start by saying the staff was very nice. The breakfast for the price we paid for additional breakfast was not worth the price. Now let’s talk air conditioning, we didn’t have any. We had to sleep with the window open. That was the only was we could at least sleep somewhat. Of course you can imagine the noise coming from the streets. We were told that the “ac was not working yet for the season” only heat. It was 23-25 degrees Celsius during the day. I wouldn’t stay at this brand given this. We wished we would have gotten refund capability.. as this was not good. I will give same feedback on my reservation for Paris. We have no air conditioning here either and it is hotter here. You lost a customer IBIS. Thanks to the staff but no way I can sleep this way.

The rooms were a good enough size, the bathroom smallish and serviceable for 1 person at a time. The windows open which was great since it was really warm. Apparently the hotel is set at one temp and you can’t change it so we were glad for the staff giving us a fan. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Central line ( which takes you to all the main places) The neighbourhood felt safe at night and there were many places to eat even later at night. The was also a huge mall a 5 minute walk away.

I only have one fault with the rooms and that was lack of plug sockets. With today’s technology needing charging with 2 in a room it was a struggle. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good with plenty of choice although admittedly the hot food needed to be a lot hotter. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely use again
