The room was clean, the lady working on house keeping on my floor was really sweet and lovely. Axel, on reception, is absolutely wonderful. I would stay again… easy access to stations, amenities and Ochi’s Caribbean is not very far 😋 thanks again

Squeaky floors outside the room so could hear everyone walking past, was near the lift so most on the same floor. Breakfast was good, went early the first day but there was plenty so went later as less people, could still get everything you wanted. Basic room, a mini fridge would have been good so could keep fresh milk

Tv did not work, sound proofing is non existent, can hear every noise above and to the sides, even toilet flushing. Fire alarm at midnight went off for a long period of time completely ruined all sleep

Lovely clean hotel and friendly close to station. Breakfast had plenty of choice but was not very hot. There were some hairs on the floor in the bathroom and shower. Some tatty bits and pieces. No plug socket where kettle is and no sockets near bed.

I was welcomed as a returning customer by Axel who was very welcoming and helpful. The room was on the 1st floor and the quiet side of the building too, if I had a car it was always the floor I wanted for the convenience of car park.
