停車場和地鐵就在旁邊，交通方便。也有大型商場。房間也整潔，但房內沒有雪櫃，而且服務一般，有房間也不想讓你早點check in，也不想提供寄存服務

Not enough amenties, room is not clean, especially for pillows, though is really convenient to underground and shopping, still not worth it

I don't know why it offered me a room for disabled person (Room# 420). I guess because of that the room was quite big. View was nice facing Shepherd's Bush station. Strange that shampoo and body soap weren't separated (only one cleaner is available). Also although I requested 2 single beds, the 2 beds were put together as if its a double bed (which makes no sense as 2 single beds is more expensive than double bed).

Room is OK, near to subway and Westfield shopping centre. Fair price with breakfast included

Standard hotel service, walking distance to Underground station. Check out time could be 12:00, that is a good point for stay in this.

Stiratura moderna, pulita, vicino a bus e metro che portano in tutte le zone turistiche. Colazione varia e servita in un ambiente piacevole, siamo stati veramente bene. Camera essenziale, pulita, letto comodo, bagno senza criticità. Consigliatissimo per quanto mi riguarda.

The hotel is excellent, it exceeded my expectations, just a few meters from the metro station, many shops nearby, a very lively location. I give the hotel a 9 out of 10, but I didn't give it a 10 because it lacked a mini-fridge.

Convenient location for what we wanted. We've stayed here several times. Sometimes the staff is great and sometimes not so much.

The room was clean, the lady working on house keeping on my floor was really sweet and lovely. Axel, on reception, is absolutely wonderful. I would stay again… easy access to stations, amenities and Ochi’s Caribbean is not very far 😋 thanks again

The location is wonderful for shopping as Westfield on the doorstep, lots of choices for places to eat and drink. The staff in the hotel are excellent.

Placed great for shops and tube st . Small bar but well stocked. Nice place

Ησυχη περιοχη με πολλα καταστηματα κοντα για τα απαραιτητα ειδη. Το δωματιο ηταν καθαρο και ζεστο!

I was welcomed as a returning customer by Axel who was very welcoming and helpful. The room was on the 1st floor and the quiet side of the building too, if I had a car it was always the floor I wanted for the convenience of car park.
