Very good location.

Lovely quiet, comfortable bed , friendly staff. Breakfast was served at sister hotel Novotel. Again staff were friendly and efficient. Food was plentiful and fresh.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Excellent value and service.

Room was basic but adequate. Staff helpful and polite.

The Staff very courteous Bed was hard and pillows lumpy tea and milk mean. The room and bathroom spotless Good but very basic. Had to go next door to the Nova for breakfast

The room was clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was good with great variety on offer.

Very basic room. Absolutely ok for a night or two. Nice late check out was handy.

Perfunctory. The bed was a flat thing to sleep on. The gap where the curtains didn't quite cover the windows didn't enhance the sleep experience. The shower was an old affair with a mechanism that only held the head in place after much faffing about. Overall an average stay in an average hotel.

Lovely staff on reception. Good location. Room a bit dated and could do with refurbishing, but a comfortable stay.

Staff were wonderful. Hotel very clean and comfortable. The building is a little bit tired and could probably do with an update soon. But I had a very happy stay. The surrounding area is rather dull with lots of big shop outlets if that’s your thing?

Very friendly and helpful staff

Location excellent. 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. About 15 minute walk into the town centre. We found it v walkable for sightseeing. However I didn't notice any buses. Reception staff v pleasant. Hotel does not supply hand towels - you get 1 bath towel each. It's a good option.

We feel elderly people would have trouble getting in and out of the bath to shower. The sides are extremely high. You have to be very mindful when doing so.

Reception staff and area, is excellent. Stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions as it is good value for money. The bedrooms haven’t changed in years, and are starting to look a little shabby.

It was a night from hell. The fire alarm went off on three separate occasions in the middle of the night and meant that some people couldnt get back to their rooms because the lifts stopped working. We even debated leaving in the middle of the night and driving home.
