We booked this for the night before heading off on a cruise. Excellent location, close to train station and able to get a taxi to the cruise port which cost £10. Room was small but had everything we needed, bed was really comfy and the bathroom facilities were great - place was spotless and staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We didn’t bother with breakfast as we were heading off. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely setting, modern look looks like he has had an upgrade over the past few years. Staff accommodating, clean room just choose a room away from the lifts as i changed rooms on my 2nd night as near the lift does get noisy. Apart from that overall nice stay near the town and malls.

When we got went to go to sleepnin the room we found blood stains on the sheets under the pillow. The lady who we told on the desk was very helpful and changed the bedding for us.
In the morning we spoke to the manager there, he was very abrupt with us , and told us we should have checked the bed when we checked in. And if we have a problem with that then we need to take it up with hotels.com
