Very large patch of black mould on the ceiling in the wardrobe.

Clean room, friendly staff, decent size tub, electric kettle, good breakfast in the morning.

The rooms were freezing cold due to the heating not working and the air conditioning blowing cold air.

The room was a bit small,but 1 night was ok. Staff where fabulous,everything was clean. Pretty close to the city centre. Ideal for cruise terminals.

Good value for a room in a central location. Hotel was clean and staff were present. Room was aged and smelt musty.

Room clean but needed doing up

We have been stayed three days good for first time in international hotel the subway is behind it, round trip to visited London one day, shopping the big mall one day, walk around city and find out the Greece food is good .hotel on the good location convinced walk to cruise port just for 10 minutes, the stateroom clean ,but I don’t know why the bathtub too high than the USA without handicap handles.maybe l short , but anything is fine good recommendation.

Lovely quiet, comfortable bed , friendly staff. Breakfast was served at sister hotel Novotel. Again staff were friendly and efficient. Food was plentiful and fresh.

The Staff very courteous Bed was hard and pillows lumpy tea and milk mean. The room and bathroom spotless Good but very basic. Had to go next door to the Nova for breakfast

The room was clean, staff very friendly and the breakfast was good with great variety on offer.

Very basic room. Absolutely ok for a night or two. Nice late check out was handy.

Perfunctory. The bed was a flat thing to sleep on. The gap where the curtains didn't quite cover the windows didn't enhance the sleep experience. The shower was an old affair with a mechanism that only held the head in place after much faffing about. Overall an average stay in an average hotel.
